Very useful information for everyone, thank you for that sir. I also want to share my experience with such a case as well.
I had booked 3 round trip tickets between Delhi and Singapore via Singapore Airlines for my mother, my sister and myself for my cousin's wedding. Soon after booking, the venue was shifted to Delhi because of the COVID restrictions in Singapore, also at the same time, my mother got severe back pain for which the doctor advised her complete rest. Although on the airlines' website it said non-refundable, I got the entire amount refunded after I contacted their customer care via email and share the doctor's prescription.
