If you are whipping to the right, turn your bars a bit left to counter it, and if whipping left, turn bars to right. Hope i helped, and just practice. but also, if you dont have clipping pedals, pinch your bike by the crank arms with the sides of your feet to control it.

what do you mean? Did you do that first: "over-push" with the steer to the forward (what is un logical) or to the up stairs? instead of: actually to the back (in set up, Bunny hop)
I have tried everything and I can never get the correct speed and I am not that strong but I can pump but it's still not enough is all I need now just stronger legs and more peddling
