After downloading the extension, make sure to refresh the youtube page. If still not working you can try turning it on and off or go to its setting and tick ad blocking.

It doesn't work. I'm still getting every ad. There isn't even a skip option anymore after watching the beginning of an ad.

Or just use a Russian server in VPN. CZcams turned off advertising in Russia due to sanctions, lol
