Great video as always. Lost count as to how many nickel boxes I've been through. I have never found a 2009. Went to my LCS and he had a 2009 mint set. Now I have both P and D. P has FS. Need to take a closer look under the microscope before I submit it.

I have a "P" & "D" mint marked 2009 nickles the "P" is in extremely nice condition with Cameo and the "D mint is almost the same condition I'm going to be sending them to a grading company next week I'm going to use Anacs grading I'm also going to see if they can give a value once graded keep your fingers crossed.

Shoot I just put together a gem roll of 2009s, taken me around 3 boxes of nickels to accumulate 2 dollars of perfection. Have four free grades but I been hearing negative things lately.. they want 300 dollars to grade a mint error? Shoot how about I send em a flat fee like 40 bucks and I pay for shipping and they just grade it honestly and with passion like back in the day and send it back to me greed free.. I found my 1973 mint set with deep cameo and all of them have doubling.. hesitant to do anything with it. Thanks for videos man

an honest coin dealer could do it if there is 1 available , if not buy a red book, this gives prices that a coin dealer will ( or should ) sell the coin to you .
If they try to sell you one of these coins for more than the Red Book , excuse yourself and look for another in your area .
The Red book is an essential book for the beginner collecter .
BUT and this is a very important BUT , do not think that you could sell them for that much .

if one was graded MS67 which 2009 Philli has never been either, nor MS66 would be worth $1,200.00 if not thousands more once auctioned off... hopefully, one day more people start realizing how much our coinage here in America are worth.

l collect stamps.; and l was in my favorite stamps collecting store when l over heard one of the customers talking about the 2009 nickel and how they were all shiped to Puerto Rico! Well l told the gent that l was going to see my mom for her birthday in March of that year , 2009. So l did and stayed for a week and twice went to my mother's bank and was able to pick up twenty dollars the first time and ten dollars the second time, of course not knowing if they were valuable and l still don't know ! Out of the thirty dollars in nickels l got six complete rolls of 2009 and over three rolls from the other nine rolls! They were all p mint. Returned to P. R. every year in March for her birthday until her death in 2015. Sometimes l would check the pocket change and find a wheat penny or silver time and really forgot about the 2009 nickel even tho it would be in the change. I still have all those nickels. Are the ones in the complete rolls of any high mintage? Would you please answer . Thank you!
