My goodness ! I think poor ole Pollock, Warhol, and Picasso would have committed suicide after watching this video. What a magnificent talent you have developed Mr. Lang. It is a privilege to watch you paint.
O.M.G. I got my videos today! I'm not even half way through the first one and I just have to leave to get to some paint. I would like to review further after seeing them in their entirety but I'm going to say for sure, if you like Nix Lang, you are going to LOVE his workshops. The only thing I ask Mike, please make these available as a download so I can take my tablet to my small studio and try to paint along. As amazing painter you are is as amazing teacher you are! In about 3 mins. flat Mike gives the low down and everything you need to know about composition, light source, depth, etc. things other teachers can labor on about or not even approach the subject. No nonsense and wisdom filled words show s a lot of insight into what you are thinking as you paint! BUY these DVD's before he starts asking for what they are worth, lol!! Thanks for keeping the price real. Really! Please do think about doing some more paintings on mp.4s or .flv's etc. I would really, really love to paint along with you, it would lend itself so much to having you right there as a personal teacher. Kudo's on these Mike, they are brilliant!!

I watch these videos for a few reasons; they are beautiful and inspiring, it is a pleasure to watch you paint, I love the simplicity of some of your tools and they are actually very meditative. It takes a lot to quiet my mind, I find your videos do that for me. I have also come to realize, in the 2 days since I've found these, that if one takes the time to scan the comments, a lot of the repeat questions have been answered so I go through them and gleem the knowledge tucked away in your replies. I am now going to search for your DVDs! 😍

Hi Michael, What a stunning painting. You could have finished at 34 min.You make it look so easy when to most people its allmost beyond what we can ever paint.using brush in both hands, freehand straight lines, parrallel circles( left handed) You are an amazingly great artist. I've purchase all 3 of his videos. All were very instructional and informative. I learned more in his videos than all 6 yrs of art classes in Jr./Sr. high school & 3 of my teachers were professional artists! Even the video on landscape helped me with my abstracts. Will be a very long time before I even compare to him but, with patience lots of practice I'm going to get as good as I can. Thanks Mr. Lang for your inspiration and talent

a little but there is more printed instructions which are easy to follow. The video on abstracts has more vocal instruction. All in all worth ever penny! I'm constantly looking for more Lang videos, he is an awesome teacher. I've searched for years for a teacher who could teach me what I wanted to learn, & he's definitely it!

I love how the style evolves and staegs of depth being crated. I want to replicate the 'Blue Nude' by Picasso on a 90x90 using the earth tones. I am going to use your technique. Thanks for the uploads Michael.
