To help you take good care of your skin and give yourself a brilliant pampering routine, I give you some cool DIY ideas and hacks that will make your skin glow.
I show you how to make your own sheet face mask using a baby wipe. Simply cut it like I demonstrate in the video and then dip it in some beaten eggs.
Apply the face mask on your face and finally, peel it off. All the blackheads and whatever particles were stuck on your skin will be removed.
If you have dry lips, take some tissue paper and dip it in some cold milk. Then apply it on your lips and let it dry. Peel it off and all the dead skin cells will be removed.
I show you how to make your own eye-cream using rice to get rid of wrinkles. Simply cook the rice - but not entirely. Strain it and collect all the water below. Transfer it in a clean container, let it cool down and voila.

reds spots aren’t always a result of acne hun. acne’s also not going to go away if you just stop “touching your face” in more serious cases. usually medication such as benzoyl peroxide can help in general.
I have really bad acne but I can't help touching my face it's a habit ahaha

When that woman just rubbed aloe Vera on her face and her spots disappeared, I literally just did 🖕to the screen.
I’ve struggled with acne for years and it’s making a mockery of those who try hard to get rid of bad acne, but nothing works. It’s just patronising to say “look, rub your face with a leaf and poof your acne disappears!” Why did I even bother watching this?...

Most skin treatments only provide minor temporary relief. I learned acne & other chronic skin problems are caused by diet. It's the bodies reaction to certain foods. Common irritants are gluten in grains, some dairy products & even too much sugar. Dr. Gundry's book "The Plant Paradox" may be helpful. He posts lots of free info on CZcams @ The Dr Gundry Podcast.
