in this video i will review and compare a $500 gaming pc and a $3000 gaming pc in games and which one is the best in terms of performance. one budget PC was mainly purchased on Aliexpress, and the second High-end computer was almost entirely new

I have a $300 PC that plays games just fine. I don't play above 1080p so my expectations aren't that high. My specs are:

I'd say a used 6650xt might be a bit more expensive (around 150-200$) but it has new technology Mesh shader so AW2 would run significantly better, (Also future games)

Motion blur is helping in alan wake ultra, but the fps hella stable on the 3090, is it capped? I doesn't seem to be capped but that's smooth

If it were me i would've grabbed a different xeon with lower core count and higher clock speed for cheaper and ran it on 2k and let the gpu do more work and use fsr whenever available

5700XT lacks Mesh shaders, which explains why it's a 30fps town in Alan Wake II, a RTX 3060 which it matches in raster performance will definitely have double or sometimes even triples the AMD card

Could you please elaborate on why exactly should we buy only msi or EVGA Nvidia 30xx series cards on the second hand market? I am a pc reseller and never had I ever either heard that or experienced issues with other brands!
And another thing. The unstable fps on the budget one is entirely caused by the cpu and most of the time, lowering settings , especially resolution, would actually backfire!
Last thing. Are you sure that in RDR 2 it's the GPU's fault and not either the different game settings or recording ones?
OpenBench is the true budget pc, i just have a fan sitting next to the cpu to blow air into it.

these video cards participated in mining. try to mine the video card memory and see what the temperatures will be there
2k res is literally 1080p. 2k means the res has roughly 2000 pixels horizontally. 1920x1080
In this case 1440p is 2.5k. 2560x1440
And that's why 4k is 4k. 3840x2160
Full HD is 1080
2k is the same as 1440
4k is 3840x2160

The 2k, 4k, and 8k designations have no real intrinsic, calculable meaning. They're just generic terms invented to correspond to the following resolutions:
?? = 1080p (Full HD)
2k = 1440p (2k HD) 1.7x 1080p pixel count
4k = 2160p (4k UHD) 4x 1080p pixel count
8k = 4320p (8k UHD) 16x 1080p pixel count
So you see, the k designation is just a term made up so that consumers can more easily identify a resolution type. But you can't really do any math with the k terms. Think of it like for moms that don't know anything about pixels or resolution, but they see the big 4K on the box, and instantly know that's the type her son was telling her about.
You could get a 4090 with 3000. Pretty bad comparison imo
