- AR Cards are apart of the 3DS is Nintendo's golden goose, it kept them from getting into the grave and was supported for SO LONG. However, while the 3DS had a massive library you might've forgotten the weird game that came with the system. It didn't come on a cartridge it instead came on some cards

Funny story, I actually decided to start collecting the Mario eShop AR cards. Unfortunately I did this near the end of their run. I ended up getting everything except Luigi.
Years later, I'm collecting Wii U games and on a whim say "Yeah, I'd like to buy a copy of Mario vs Donkey Kong Tipping Stars from Japan" since Japan was the only region that got it physically. The game arrived, I opened it and found goodies in the manual slot from the previous owner I can't recall everything but there was an Animal Crossing eShop AR card in there, an exclusive 3DS app to Japan. Neat! And what else is hiding in there...?
A Japanese Mario eShop AR card with Luigi on it. Works for me! I now have every single card* in the set!

i remember when i get my 3ds plus 10 years ago i have only super mario 3D Land bundle with the console and of course the AR card it was fun i play a lot of them when i was younger
My first 3DS was pre-owned, so I didn't have the cards pre-packed, and I had to print out a set on card stock, but they worked really well

OMG I literally remember using this as a kid. I used to have a Nintendo 3DS and first try the ARGames cards, which was really cool. Their mini games mode was fun to try. I'm feeling nostalgic right now just seeing this video. 🥺🥺🥺

Unisoft had their own AR game within Rabbids rumble. It came with its own card. I would know as I've 100%ed the game.

Its never lagged like that on my 3DS
I don't remember it being like that either but playing the game proved other wise, it got better when I sat closer to the card but once it lost tracking it would lag bad.
