I just bought a 08 Ninja 250 and after seeing this video , I am blown away by the possibilities of customization I can do on this bike ! Nice.
At first i was like, this many modded 250's, but I must say, this was the best 10 min vid of bike pictures that Ive seen.

so that one was a 250r ?i found one with 1860 miles on it for 2,000 should i buy it?
Yes it's a 250R actually there is a full body kit from Malaysia if i am not mistaken in around 800$
@NinjaRider777R i know.. i thought they were not a 250 because of the big rear tires, but they were obvioously modified :)

@rikkuyuna install a bigger tyre. I don't remember the size though. You do need any mods. Its on google how to do it.
@dh0licious yeah i am sure. The "Clipper" , the thing that handles the tyre with the bike aint from the 250r so it can make it fit ;)

Modded this bike can achieve more than 60 BHP with a turbo, engine reboring to 300CC - bigger injectors higher compression levels a full exhaust system offering the best performance avaialable on market today a power commander if FI. as well as it being lighter. There was even one tested with a turbo that achieved 60BHP but needed the original pistons replaced for lower compression because the original ones were too high with the turbo so imagine the results if u could make a 300cc bore kit
Those vibrant colors must add at least 5hp!!! probably 10hp on the lime green! ;) Sick bikes
now doubt them more realistic pricce would probably be around £1400 making it a bit cheaper. But for an all in one mod that makes the bike compete with 650's and possibly higher you can't really go wrong providing the person building it has the experience requires to complete the task successfully with no faults. Most likely the engine would need a stronger bottom end to take on the extreme pressures it would be dealing with/

bore kit is £300 - Turbo maybe £150 -£350 - Injectors prob around £90 - K&N which I bought off the net £42 - Leo vince full system on the net costs anything from £300 - £700 - power commander £200 - £300. Custom made quick shifter probably between £ 50 - £100 depending on who its being made by. total maximum possible price for all the mods £1882 which is the equivelent of $3032.39 then you need someone to install it all for you but if your lucky and have a good friend maybe free :)

@fzrbullet First of all it is "waste". Secondly it's not waste of time cause in several countries like India, Superbikers cost a fortune, like 60-80k $ so its prefferable to customize a cheap to 250. ;)

High compression 300CC JE STD big bore kit, a turbo, bigger injectors, K&N Air-pod and Oil filter, Leo vince Full exhaust system, A Power commander, Custom made quick shifter.
With these mods you could easily have the quickest 250 around that could probably push more than 75 BHP :P and easily beat bigger bikes in the 500- and maybe even 650cc range :P
i'm looking at buying an ex-floor model ninja 250. it has custom Monster (the energy drink/race sponsor) paintwork. the company selling it to me has given me the offer of a standard green 250, or this custom paint 250 for an extra $500. do bikes like this have comparable resale value? are they desired? or is it most likely a sales tactic to take advantage of a new buyer like me. thanks
1. those are 125 cc dirt bikes.
2. they only weight like 170lbs tops. so about 80 kilos if not less.MEANING THEYRE LIKE BICYCLES of course they are not gonna shake
3. even a 600 cc bike dont even go 150 mph
4.a 250 weighs about 138 kg (300 lb)

Obviously you still haven't understand that some of those bikes aren't stock ;) Either way even if they r the accessories there are so cheap that it doesnt really matter ;)

because you have to paid 3-5 times more to pay the 600 bikes.. for example, the actual price of new ZX6R is around 8000, here in indonesia you need 30.000 to pay.. see ? the tax is fucking bull shit.. thats why we decide to buy 250 then we mod it :)

Because there is countries like Malaysia (I am not from there) that buying a 600 costs like a ferrari.. stupid laws.

Aaaah well I prefer power over look. All these ninjas look like "real" superbikes and you expect a lot from them (referring to the power and acceleration). But then you are so slow...
Nevertheless really good bike for beginners or for people who live in cities.
