SOLVED : App can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer (on Mac)

In this video I am going to show you how to solve this problem on Mac OS X or macOS which says "App can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer". This problem generally occurs when you have installed a new app.

Charles same crosses thing with me. But...it worked finally after clicking and re-clicking on “open” and “open anyway”. HOW I DID IT: I force quit installer then restarted my computer. After the OS/desktop fully and completely loads then I double click the SoundCloud .dmg that opens up the .pkg window. Right click or ctrl click the .pkg icon open with installer(default). You’re going to see the warning about unidentifiable developer, click open, it will then ask for the admin password do that. That should Run the installer again seeing window saying it successful. Hope that works. Let me know

you will have to start the program in question, then have your system settings ready to be modified. click ok on the app you are trying to get running, once you do this, you will see the publisher for the app you want to run. once you there, it will be just like the video.
