  • Kefir milk recipe, is the MOST praised and healthiest dairy product that WE ALL NEED TO HAVE.
    Its milk, fermented with live bacteria from yogurt, and it is made in less than 5 minutes, and left to ferment overnight. Making it an easy recipe, to prepare at night before bed, and have it ready to drink in the morning.
    The Ingredients for our recipe are:
    1/ The preparation of the Cultured Yogurt
    1 lt of milk
    200 - 250 gr of full fat yogurt ( goat yogurt, as this will give nice flavor)
    In a pot we bring the milk to a boil, remove from the heat, allow to cool and reach 45 C in temperature. We add the yogurt (at room temperature) give a gentle stir and seal covered and wrap with several kitchen towels, and set aside for 24 hours (min).
    Once we have cultured the live yogurt, we store in the fridge.
    2/ The preparation of the Kefir
    1 lt of milk
    200 - 250 gr of cultured yogurt
    In a pot we warm up the milk to reach 35 C in temperature, them we pour into a container, add to it the cultured yogurt (at room temperature), give a gentle stir, seal covered and wrap with several kitchen towels, and set aside for 24 hours (min).
    Once we have cultured the Kefir, we store in the fridge and enjoy it cold.
