Not getting into who's right or wrong, the plaintiff's witness sounded like he's been looking into a mirror and practicing his testimony for weeks knowing that he was going to be on Judge Judy.
He does! When she interjected her comment, he tripped up a bit.
Possibly, but.. Some people are educated enough to know how you address a court.
No, rude person, the plaintiff's witness was sounding fine, but wonder if you were drunk at the time you were viewing this video. Seems like you were, for you are rude and disrespectful to the court.
I was thinking the same thing
Or, he is just intelligent and well spoken unlike MOST people because they are idiots and come unprepared?
I haven’t heard the word “golly” in awhile 😂😂
The plaintiff's witness is the most American person ever 😅
That’s offensive

Supposed to be good or bad?🙄

“I wanted to be in a position of authority over the dog..” 😂😂😂
😂 right 🤪
That's the only authority he ever had in his life.
This witness has been waiting his entire life for this moment. 😂

Could you tell!?? 😆
I have never, ever, ever understood why people can have "outdoor" cats. "Oh, but it's a cat's natural instinct to be outside." Yeah, all pets were once wild animals, and then we domesticated them, and now they stay inside. People don't think a dog would love to run around balls loose outside? Of course it would, but dog owners are harshly vilified if their dog even accidentally jumps the fence. When your pet is out of your control, it's capable of anything. It can attack another animal. It can cause damage. It can consume something dangerous. It can get lost or lifted. I had to move my grandmother from one home to another, because she was allergic to cats, but her next door neighbors had an "outside cat." Their cat would frequently rush INTO HER HOME when she would open the door to get mail or packages, and on top of being severely allergic, she was also terrified. She had to call animal control more than once and I imagine, the number of times the cat had to be captured and hauled off to animal control wasn't a pleasant experience for the cat either. I'm an animal lover, including cats. I can't imagine having a cat that I loved with all my heart, and just opening the door and saying, "Good luck! Hopefully you come back tonight." It really boggles the mind. It's also incredibly unfair. No other pet owner--Dogs, lizards, birds--can just let their pet roam the streets without consequences. I've never understood that. Stray cats are one thing, just like stray dogs, but if you own a pet you should keep it IN YOUR HOUSE or UNDER YOUR CONTROL at all times. Want your cat to experience the outdoors? Put it on a leash and walk it like the rest of us mere mortals. It's just irresponsible.
When JJ asked the defendant: “What kind of dog”? I thought the defendant was going to say “Pit Bull”. 😂
There wouldn't have been 3 parts then 😂
There's an automatic stigma against pits! It would be best to never bring it up in court.
@@lachell257It’s not a stigma, it’s a fact that they’re bad dogs with a long rap sheet of supporting evidence (and no it’s not how you raise them or whatever other bullshit you pibble mommies like to spew)
As an animal lover and a dog owner,I’ve NEVER understood people who let their cats roam wild, especially in the city. A barn cat is a little different but city cats don’t need to be loose. Period.
Are you serious? They’re animals like dogs, they need fresh air and room to run from time to time.
"Is what you're telling me..?"
Oof, I tense up whenever JJ says that on behalf of whomever it's directed.
@3:12 the girl with braces behind the Plaintiff knows that pain all too well lol
Definitely 🤣
That's just... WOW! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Losing the full value of my truck's worth as a plaintiff v. an employee (defendant) affected my business in 2022. Getting involved in a scheme that got me $125,000 monthly was my only saving grace. It saved my business
That's really huge
I'm genuinely curious to know how you earn that much
Big thanks to Renee Marie Harrison

Cats can be vicious sometimes. One time I was walking my dog and this cat just got HUGE and puffed up and attacked my dog. I screamed and kicked and I was able to pick up my dog and I ran out of there. That cat was no joke. She was aggressive towards other animals and her owners would leave it outside all day. Then we no longer saw it after a while of it being out there. I was told by some people in the neighborhood that it got eaten by coyotes.
"Eaten by coyotes", sounds more like a case of S.S.S. or T.N.R. without the N, and often with the R either.
I'm not judging, many of my neighbor's hoard of intact, feral, and often aggressive cats have also been "eaten by coyotes", especially the one who suddenly went bat$hit crazy and attacked our dogs, and ourselves. Naughty coyotes.🤭
@@fianaitDogs can be much more vicious than cats!!

"Your last name is..."
"Uh, Joe, uh, Kitterman."
"Can you tell me what you observed on the 17th of July, Mr. Turman?"

Lawd!!🤣🤣🤣
German lady needs to realize that starting off the case with some obvious lies isn't going to work.
No way a cat stays on the property that cat goes everywhere & gets in peoples garages & vehicles & porches & poops in peoples flowers beds and harasses peoples dogs.
Most places no cats out just like no dogs the rules are no different put your cats on leashes or keep them in.
Rules/laws apply to cat owners just like dog owners!
Sounds like a blanket generalization. Maybe the cat was walking up to say hello? And her dog overreacted? Theres a cat in my neighborhood that loves my dogs when they pass by and gives sweet little kisses. I hope you’re not one of those people tortures cats in their neighborhood on holloween, but judging by your sentiment, you are. How’s that for a generalization?
Sounds like The cat 😺 from hell!

We need Jackson Galaxy as a consultant 😺👍
He doesn't approve of unsupervised outdoor cats either (like me), so it'd probably be an easy verdict.
Bad kitty was looking for a fight!🐈⬛
Yup
According to the dog's owner. Perhaps the dog pulled the cat from under the car ?

I’ve had numerous cats never ever seen a cat chase a dog…that is very rare
Mine did, about 5 of them.....he went after them before they came after him, never had a stray dog in my yard.😂
Depends on the specific cat. They're not all the same. I know a few that are aggressive no matter what. Gotta be careful with cats. I don't like them personally.🤷♂
Cats can be very territorial. My dad has a cat, small cat, maybe eight pounds. His neighbor brought over his very sedate golden retriever once and made the mistake of bringing the pup into his (and the cat's) house. The cat attacked that golden for infringing on her territory. Something tells me this dog owner didn't notice her dog maybe wandering onto the driveway....
Defendant sounds pretty convincing, but we'll see..?
Her witness clearly knows them all more than you would expect, referring to all the women by first names.
Good morning my JJ family 😜 . Hope you all have a great day. Sending love from Oz xx
kudos to Joe the neighbor for helping this cat!

Keep your cats inside.
Hey cousins
👋 Hey, hey!
I need the 2nd part
its available and no 3
golly I haven't heard that word in decades lol
1:29 I was on my "deck" sounded like something else lmao. Anyway, I keep my cat indoors, and if he craves outdoors, I put him on a leash for a little walk. Outdoor cats are gross, and it's dangerous - could get killed by a car.
Plaintiffs witness:
“Everyone motionless standing there, except for the cat”
Bruhhh 🤦♂️😂😂
Then the defendant as well..😂
(Sorry not laughing at the poor cat.)
Sounds like a lovely area 🏡
She was rolling down a steep driveway at the same time she was motionless?
Defendant seems a bit out of sorts. She hurt her leg and bruised her own knee and blaming a cat or a dog.
Shoutout Mill Valley!
I can imagine how dramatic that cat were
❤❤❤
I'm here!!!
👋 Hey, hey!
Not golly! 😂
When she read the medical report and it said “ high risk of infection, and they don’t mean from the dog bite” I don’t think the report said that second part. When it comes to dog bites, cat scratches, it’s a break in the skin, which can mean a high risk of infection. But not because they didn’t know who the cat belonged to, or didn’t know if the cat had its rabies shot. Disagree with Judge Judy on that one.
Kitterman... sounds biased towards a certain species lol
Interestingly most cats are outdoor indoor in uk
Mine were inside outside cats when I lived in the country on 3 acres. Once I moved to the city, they are strictly inside only.
From Reddit Uk people keep their cats indoors, from becoming prey of wild animals there.
outdoor cats are a menace to the birds and other people's property. keep ur cat indoors.
Poor cat!!!!
lucky they weren't pitbulls otherwise its instant loss!
Cats can be aggressive. Just watch the videos on the internet.
dogs are far worse
They're definitely territorial. Just like dogs.
@@tsimmons007 you are far more likely to be attacked by a dog than a cat, cats tend to stay away from strangers
My cat was a MONSTER!
@@markbrandon7359 Oh I know! I'm so glad I have a unique Kitty. He's actually too trusting and loves the attention from strangers and even dogs. But he's very domesticated. Feral cats though, you are correct. They tend to run away from strangers.
She was on her what???
You should keep your dogs on leashes, key word: SHOULD. The fact is you can't force people to put their dogs on leashes, if it's not required by state, federal or even local law, they're just not gonna do it.
She looks great for 60
Yeah, the risk you take by letting cats outdoors is they'll get the worst of a car or a dog or another cat.
Or a car. 😢
2 mins in and the plaintiff and her witness are full of crap
Never was a fan of indoor/outdoor cat people. This allows for zero control over your cat, and therefore cats roam the entire neighborhood causing havoc. People should keep their pets within their control at all times.
too boring to finish
Agreed I could hardly finish this. Everyone has such a monotone voice in this case.
Golly. 😂😂
Gosh

I don’t trust cats they are sneaky
Whole lotta painting going on in this case….for those who know know those who don’t it’s “useless information” I call it spreading the mayonnaise…..good grief lady!
Cat owners who allow their cats to roam outside without supervision is weird to me . I love my cat to death that's my baby I will never let him roam around outside without me being there . Anything can happen to them
Oh boy. An outdoor cat case. Incoming all the Ecologists...
Go talk to people in Australia😂
@@truegrizzlesfan2292 Just got off the phone with them. They said they have a feral/stray cat issue and not a domestic cat issue.
I have cats. I love cats. But I keep my cats inside because once they're outside, you have no control over where they go and what they do. The world is really dangerous for cats - roads, cruel people, dogs, other larger animals. I've had cats I could walk on a leash and I've brought them outside. Most don't. You can also build catios - outdoor enclosed areas for the cats. But I don't consider it kind to a cat to let it roam.
These comments are bizarrely targeting the young man. Very strange racial stuff and physical appearance shaming.
I agree the cat shouldnt be outside but I don't see how her owner is at all liable
Just like a dog, an owner of a cat needs to be in control of their cat. Cats shouldn’t and usually, by laws, should be leased.
Cats can cause damage. My mom had a dog who lost an eye from a stray cat in her yard. All pets should be uncontrol or you pay for damage they do. But it's just the first segment. Might something else brought up.
@Jade_902 ...There is no leash law for cats...only dogs. LOL !!!
Cats are permitted to be "out and about".
@@rogertaylor7433 So right!!
@@rogertaylor7433 And instances like this are exactly why there should be a law requiring cat owners to have control of their cat. They can cause harm to people or other animals just like a dog can. Why should cat owners have, essentially, a get out of jail free card if their cat attacks a person or animal just because a cat is allowed to roam?
Your last name, sir?
Uhhh … Joe … uhhhhhh Kitterman
