We are in the same facebook group. I saw you post and came here. Going to get started with pizza making since I want to learn it. Here where I am located mostly we use all purpose flour. Does it work? What is the difference in using honey vs sugar?

I also use all-purpose flour, it works perfectly. I never used honey, so, unfortunately, I don’t know how it will work
