- "Where it all began..."
The Warlord is a Rapidstrike-based integration, featuring a minimized Firefly stock, underbarreled Roughcut, and some Vulcan barrel details.
This was my first Nerf integration, and I learned a ton from the experience.

This guy sounds like the Bob Ross of Nerf.
Voice so smooth and soothing you want to just start painting little trees and birds on your blaster shell.
The lounge jazz adds to it. ;)
Seriously though, nice work man for being your first project!
Nebel Geisterjäger
And we are just going to add a little jolt right on the side of this blaster.
THEY'RE NOT JUST LITTLE TREES, THEY'RE HAPPY LITTE TREES!
Actual insanity. Your work is fantastic dude, i love every single blaster you build. I no joke think you should start your own Nerf radio station so people could just tune into "Nathan.243" lol
For all the issues you have with your own work this is the best master key I've seen. I hate the way they always look like they're just glued to the barrel.
this is absolutely beautiful, the front of the vulcan was incredibly smart (and beautiful)!
I can't help but imagining thunderlord from destiny!
Such an elegant thing. Would love to see that firefly minimization video.
August Hodge he did one
Basically the expert DJ of NERF... smoothest transitions I've ever seen, even on his first project!
I was having the same dilemma with a firefly being so tall the other day lol
i must say, for your first integration, that still is pretty impressive, even with the mistakes
All I can say is that from far away, this looked AWESOME. Now that you point out the issues, I have learned a TON about merging blasters and how to make them look. Thank you!
No worries bro we all start out like that just look at how far you've come and how much easier it is to do things the right way don't sweat the small stuff and celebrate your small successes
I can't wait till you overhaul this. It's going to be one hell of a mod :)
my jaw has literally dislocated itself
I like the jazz music in the background. Makes me think of the Behind the Scenes of Monsters Inc.
it flows very well, something to take notes on
The tip of the vulking really finishes the look of the blaster
As Walcom said with the hellhound
So smooooottthhhh
This is freaking BEAUTIFUL and as a nerf modder I aspire to create something this outstanding some day.
ooh my.. it's so gorgeous.
This is my first time getting into Nerf. An I am blown away from ur work. And others I have seen on CZcams ( captain Xavier, out of darts , lord drac....) Man u do an amazing job. And is inspiring me to attempt to make my own integration. But man am I scared to do it
Chris Seng
Thank you very much!
And welcome to the hobby! As you delve deeper into our little hobby, you'll find a ton of incredibly talented folks in each of the many different facets, whether they're players, collectors, cosmetic modders, or performance-oriented (as well as others).
Please browse around the channel a bit; hopefully you'll find enough info to bolster your confidence to start your first integration. You'll likely find some of the first "Mod Along" episodes (when we're first cutting and fitting) will have some good insights, and be sure to check out the "Integration Explanation" playlist. I'm hoping to add a few more vids there in the near future.
Best of luck, fella. Hope to see you around.
Mister Nathan thanks for the encouragement. I have something in mind to do. For myself and my son. Since we both love ghost busters. Would love to make a some what proton wand.with lights
Mister Nathan I am currently watching ur how to mod videos.
This is a great video, you should show us how you fix all the stuff that was wrong, and so we can see the difference between the old and new.
Such a beautiful blaster, love your work mister Nathan.
This is amazing work, my first integration sucked so badly
Oxolotleman you do have to remember he came from the modeling hobby, which is why cosmetically its super solid
One word...SPETACULAR!
That's a damp fine red you got there.
I with Hasbro would realise blasters in that colour.
sweet, it looks like the need engineers need to hire modders like you to make blasters we want.
Adam Spencer 'nerf
wow! nice job on the gun!
This is like the hellhound 1.0..........also I subbed mister Nathan
Cool video, will definitely help for my first paintjob. Although,I keep getting grossed out by the swallowing sounds.
Very nice. My first firefly stock looks horrid, also used puddy. Maybe I'll learn from you and rip it apart
This looks like it could be in the mega series because of its color scheme
wow this was uploaded in my b day
this is like a cooler hellhound
Undoing all of the doing I have done -mister Nathan 2017
the merge lines, or lack there of, are so fucking clean, why don't you work for nerf and make stuff like this
if you were to build a new one, you could auction off this one as a project for a fan. but honestly, i would like you to fix this one and build another one, cus that means more videos :)
I would love to rebuild that the first blast I built was because I seen the Warlord and had to build that my 9 year old son got me I to this hobby learned a lot about. batterys welding plastics.soldering I'm working on an air tank in a roughcut I started building the STRONGHOLD about a year and well took me 2 months of staring at the Firefly rapidstrike and rough cut trying to get my nerves to do it we already had everything but the Firefly my son didn't want to play with Nerf guns that much but we had a rapid strike in his toy collection we had for 2 years before I started building my blaster after learning there's a whole world of after learning there's a whole world of Modders doing this stuff and and the companys like Out of Darts and Rare Earth Mods I was hooked couldn't decide if I was going to use a rough cut Maverick strongarm exc at first but once I seen a guy build an air tank for a Nerf gun definitely going with the rough cut
make one buy scratch it's a awesome project looks cool but your right it needs a little modern touch to it. but very very cool I like it alot
i like it alot hell if you decide to make another one I'll buy that one off you and wrk on it
The paint job is so smooth....... It looks so natural.... How do you do that...
LightningEagle14 very carefully
Why would I laff it's great
thanks but could i do something like that with allpourpous paints?
"When epoxy was the gold standard.." I' relatively new to the hobby, coming over from miniature gaming, crafting in general, moroe into fixing things up. Do you have some sources for this oldschool side oft he hobby for someone which was no there at that time?
No real "sources" beyond just being there and seeing it firsthand. I suppose a guy could look back into archived R/nerf posts, old CZcams videos, or even some old Nerf Haven threads to see what the landscape looked like back then.
It was a much different time, for sure.
Nice man
i just wondering how do you do your paint jobs so nice is the paint your using or something else because I'm buliding a strayven .
can you please give me some tips on paint you don't have to but i would really enjoy if you did.
jesse smith workshop I usually use vinyl dye. I know it's not the "best" thing to use, but it gives me a super durable, fast drying finish. And it's hard to screw up the paintjob; the stuff is very forgiving...
I'd say just rewire, swap motors, and leave it to use when you occasionally feel like it.
What would you use to cover the cuts and gaps in the blaster if you were to do it again ?
I just cut mine open and don’t know what to do about the opening
Ah the wild west of modding, when everything was ill advised and dangerous but at least the entire community wouldn't jump down your throat for making a mistake...
Wow
i have firefly stock still can't figure it out what i gonna do with it lol hahhaha
Is bet this the hellhound but with a roughcut
Binging with Babish has a brother?
Would you be willing to make another one and sell it?
awesomesosness
1st like and comment!!!
NOO I WAS 23 SECONDS LATE!!!!!!!!
So......
Hellhound's younger(bigger?) brother
older
Build a new one. Cuz with the knowledge that you have now. Who knows how this would turn out now
what did you mean @6:14 coop wiring?
Kyle Schraw "Coop wiring" was a term coined by Tom, of Foam Data Services, to describe the "cobbling together" of stock wiring in a modified blaster (as seen in Coop772's earlier mod videos). Putting too much stress (overvolting) on the junk stock wiring is asking for trouble. A "proper" rewire replaces everything with heavier gauge, hobby-grade wire, which can better handle the current from hotter motors, etc.
i thought so...coop is a one of the foam gods lol along with drac
You could say, your cutting, was a little, *rough.*
WWWHHHAAAAAAAAAATTTT!!!!!????
First... FIRST!!! HOW!?!?!?....... WHAT THE ACCTUAL CRAP!!!
Wow
