TollyWood indeed had come of age. So glad. This movie reminded me of chitram balla re vichithram and jamba lakidi bomma. Pure fun and laugh riot.

It's a treat to telugu audience. There are so many regional references. People here are going multiple times with different groups of friends just to laugh together another time. The best part is that this movie doesn't have a single vulgar word or double meaning dialogue.

I am north indian, i don't understand telugu apart from some basic phrases, i was looking forward to this movie since it's teaser dropped, it being a project that is backed by Vyjayanthi network,swapna cinema and Nag ashwin i had this positive feeling that this movie will be going to be amazing and now when the movie is already a massive success for all of the team. I feel so proud not just of naveen polishetty but also of these young filmmakers who are coming up with great movies.. Yevade subramanyam, MAHANATI, Jathi ratnalu and Prabhas21 (upcoming).. and what i like even more is how they always look forward to give opportunities to new comers not just actors,they keep inviting new entries for costume designers, background dancers,visual artists. They introduced as to Vijay deverakonda and now nailed it with Naveen,It feels so good that there are young filmmakers like Dutt sisters and nag ashwin who are touching so many lives through their work..❤️ I wish to see this movie in theatres with telugu peoples,cheer, laugh, celebrate and enjoy it with them but then reality strikes..💔

After 2 years I stepped into a theater for this film and man o man what an audience from every scene to 'stars' being appeared on screen everyone enjoyed the film to the fullest. Naveen was indeed a 'JathiRathnam' 🙌🏻

I am surprised by the journey of Navin Polishetty his struggle to make it in industry was tough I was watching his ted talk he was telling that during his struggle days he got two movies at a time in which he was playing lead roles but he had to choose one so the director of one of the films 🎬said him to reject the another film and he rejected but one day when he was reading a newspaper he came to know that the lead role is given to someone else whose father is ready to produce the film something like that it was really depressing and I was also watching Son of abish where he told that his movie Agent Sai Srinivasana got more screens in America from 2 shows to 108(may be not the correct number) and also he was lucky to get a role in chhichhore how the casting director got confused between Nivin Pauly and Navin Polli. Hats off to this guy for future😃😃😃

Naveen polishetty studied in NIT got a job in uk left it and started pursuing career in theater along with vijay devarakonda . He said that he used to wake up at 1 pm while he was staying in Bombay as he would otherwise feel hungry early in the morning but he did not have money to have breakfast , This guy is true inspiration.

Ur absolutely right this movie team did very smart publicity rather than going to many tv programs this movie heroine went to vegetable markets for promotion , went to local shops in Charminar they kept audio launch in a town called warangal instead in Hyderabad they went to many shopping malls in hyd bollywood is lagging these type of ground publicity instead they r going to many tv shows

The main part for audiences to be blown away was seeing Brahmanandam on screen after very long time. He is totally a gem and seeing him back to deliver comedy is treat to eyes.

I liked the fact that you too related to the film, because I felt that all the jokes are so inner and the beauty of language(telangana accent) cannot be translated into English.

This is certainly the "Andaz Apna Apna" of Telugu films. If you are Telugu speaking then the jokes become funnier. I am still happy that other audience are appreciating this gem of a film. I am going to watch it second time this week. :)

As being a north indian i have watched more tham 50-80 films in its telugu version i understand most of the words used in the movies... Subtitles helped me alot in starting.... True even though my cousin's understand Telugu (Telugu native family settled in Karnataka about 60-70 years ago) I was laughing at every Hyderabadi Telugu slang but my cousin couldn't.

Yup need to know telugu internet memes to understand some jokes like "goal keeper in cricket" (reference to bcom physics meme) for some jokes you need to understand telangana culture but everyone can understand a joke like French wine with English subtitles. The film has all types of jokes.

Whenever I hear about jathiratnalu I remember all the hilarious scenes never happened me before I just love this movie they were no double meaning dialogues, no discrimination of colour or etc best healthy comedy. I recommend a scene from movie of Naveen polishetty called agent sai Srinivasa athreya where when caught by police man Naveen acts as a bookseller it is also way too hilarious try to watch it. Priyadarshi and Rahul are also good actors these three have pure talent you could have understood it if we don't have language barrier 😞.
