Very good discussion! Elise is more down to earth than I expected, and he rise to fame is quite the underdog story! I'll take inspiration from it. I'm looking to indie publish my YA sci-fantasy series soon, and I definitely intend to be hands-on and "warm" in as much of my early marketing as possible for my sci-fantasy series.

Had a weird dream the night after watching this: Bethany and her writer friends were looking for a place to have a writing session; they found a gas station with tables and chairs by where they sell the deli foods. They had their meeting at 3 AM, with laptops out, LOL!

Honestly this is more of a generic interview than anything thats meaningful and helpful to the audience. Lots of "i dont know this cluster of things worked for me" "just do it" kind of vibe. And then the person youre speaking to has "coaching packages " kind of suspicious. I like your content normally but this was a big miss for me. And i would surmise most people looking for actionable tips from an established indie author
That’s interesting you got that impression because I learned dozens of helpful things during this chat even as a seasoned author.
