No problem it works good. The only thing that sucks is the back of the seat doesn't support much weight like other trucks. Maybe someone could remedy this by getting a large sheet of plastic and bolting that to the rear of the seat while still being able to close it. 🤔🤷♂️
I was thinking of putting a 2" seatlift on my 2020 ram 1500 bighorn to get the correct airspace i need for my subs. Im wondering if i did a 2" if it will still latch back or if not will it stay against the back wall without falling if i leave my seats up you think? By you guys cutting that little piece off some does it fall down if you slam on brakes? Thanks alot
@rexnhogz 10/4 I jus talked with a guy who said he did a 2" and he said he jus had to bend the bracket up some and it latches down. So think that's what ima try out. Thanks alot for hitting me back up
My man didn't drop his cigarette once during all that talking 😂
Confirmed 1.25" removal works on a 2021 2500 Laramie. Worked like a charm.
I’m looking to try this out. 21 1500 bighorn.
Thank you!
Thanks, raining cats and dogs so I can’t check. 21 Ram limited crew
Hey bud will the seat hooks still latch after you cut them and install the seat spacers/risers that come with the fox box?
we didnt use a seat lift
that's a nice hack
DUDE your f*ing awesome. I can see the hinge it must fold down?!?!?!?! Thanks for this so much.

Yes good idea. Or even better if they designed a back plate with MOLLE attachment points. It is pretty tight back there though.@@rexnhogz
Hi, was this done in a crew cab or a quad cab? I have 2019 1500 bighorn quad cab so wanna try this out. Thanks.
Crew cab

No it stays locked in. But a 2 inch lift would take major modifications I would think.

@johnnypiper1717 yes definitely do not do this cut mod if you wanna lift it.
@rexnhogz 10/4 thanks
Awesome. But how do you get there in the first place?
You take the seat out
So u telling me if the just made em 1.250 short this should been a factory option
Well if it had like a more solid back to flat load better yes.
