      I’m looking to start my own detail business in the north east and I drive a sedan, do I hook up the pressure washer at the customer’s house or do I buy something to connect the pressure washer to?

      @@collector1479 I started out the back of a BMW 335i sedan. You always start by hooking up to customers water and power. Especially since in the northeast there is no drought issues. Now I have. Van and water tank w generator. But I started out the sedan

      @@collector1479 no your not crazy. Even Oscar and luke Wilson (luke Wilson still hooks up to his customers water and power) started with hooking up to customers water and power. I have a van and generator and people still offer their water and power all the time lol I made thousands upon thousands and then invested into my setup now I have everything the last thing I am doing is getting hose reels setup like my electric

    I really appreciate how you emphasize that communication is key because I have started talking more with the customer if there is any issue and I end up getting more because I explain it takes extra work. Thanks a lot man

    • @DetailGroove
      @DetailGroove  Před 2 lety +1

      Dang, awesome! But yes, man hours, 90 minutes. For the day, it's 45 minutes. There's still 3 other cars to get to for the day. I'm not going say "the first car should take 90 minutes but there's two of you so it should only take 45 minutes".
