    I am trying to give outout to pulse and direction as Q0.0 and Q0.1 in configuration list, but it is saying invalid selection list is 1215C ac/dc/rly does not support PTO?

    your method very simple to understand. but getting confused in internal and external power supply with plc. Is it possible to share the wiring diagram in plc.

      @@a-no-problem Your diagram was very helpful , i just made a setup and tried it out. but my plc get reset every time I enable jog forward. Do I need to do any setup in the servo drive?

      @@a-no-problem In diagram pin 39 is SIGN but in drive manual its PULSE HI_P

      PULSE_HI is 35 pin in the drive manual.

    How did you communicate the PLC with the servo i can see you are using the manually soldered connector but you communicate thru serial or rs-485? can you help me out

      Hi!
      I use the PTO control on the CN1 connector. CN1 connector doesn't have RS232/RS484 communication. If you want to use RS232/RS485 communication you need to connect to the CN3 connector.

      @@juanrobertocuellarlozano5646 I use the PWM signal. Q0.0 for pulse signal, Q0.1 for direction signal

    Добрый день! Какой блок для S71200 лучше использовать чтобы во время выполнения задачи на перемещение, поставить ASDA B2 на паузу и снова продолжить с оставшегося количества импульсов до заданного?

      Здравствуйте! В своём проекте использовал несколько шагов с конкретным расстоянием для протяжки заготовки. С ходу не отвечу именно по поводу паузы, доберусь до TIAportal, гляну какие блоки как работают.

      @r_iam Здравствуйте! Извиняюсь за долгое ожидание. Согласно мануалу нужно использовать блок MC_MoveAbsolute, пока позиция установленная в блоке не будет достигнута, его можно запускать после паузы.

      @@a-no-problem Добрый день! Спасибо за ответ! К сожалению про работе с этим блоком, после останова в любой момент до достижения уставки позиционирования(количества импульсов) блок возобновляет работу с нуля. То есть он не запоминает точку в которой остановился и начинает цикл с начала.

      Странно, не должно быть так, иначе получается это как блок относительного движения. Если не горит, попробую на следующей неделе в симуляторе поиграться с этими двумя блоками, на реальном ПЛК и сервно нет возможности.

    It internal or external power supply.
    Now I only control ccw/cw can't control speed I wiring(internal supply) q0.0 pin43 , q0.1 pin39 ,pin 14 to35 , pin 17 to common PLC. Can you recoomend for me ?

      VDD is the +24 V power provided by the
      drive and is for Digital Input (DI) and
      Digital Output (DO) signal. The maximum
      current is 500 mA. If you have PLC with one common for all inputs you need to use external power supply. If you have PLC with separate common for all inputs you can to use internal power supply.

      I use external supply .
      Q0.0 to pin 43
      Q0.1 to pin 39
      Q0.2 to pin 9
      Q0.3 to pin 33
      And pin 35 to 0 V power supply
      Pin 11 to 0 V power supply.
      And pin no.14 No connect right?
      And now we can on/off servo(q0.2)
      But can't adjust adjust velocity.
      It only 0.5 rev/s. and we already set ratio on servo drive 16/10.

      Yes, correct.
      To adjust the speed, read the servo manual. Try to increase P1-44.

      Servo installed in the factory. I can't see settings. I recommend setup P1-45 = 1 and increase P1-44 = 40-80-120...

      Basic connection:
      Q0.0(PULSE)-CN1.43(PULSE) pulse signal
      Q0.1(DIRECTION)- CN1.39(SIGN) direction signal
      Q0.2(SON)-CN1.9(SON) enable to activate servo
      Q0.3(ARST)-CN1.33(ARST) servo alarm reset
      Also you need to connect:
      CN1.35(PULL_HI) to 0V power supply
      CN1.11(COM+) to 0V power supply

      Hi! I used the PNP configuration with external power. CN1.35 connected to external 0V, CN1.14 not connect. If you use NPN configuration with external power, you need to connect CN1.35 to external 24V, CN1.14 not connect.       I worked with the "Position mode". I think you need to use "Torque mode" or "Torque / Position dual mode"

      @@vijayabaskar9775 Control mode setup in the P1-01. If you want to use "Torque Control Mode" you need choose the value 03.
