I just got a 2019 X6M (17k miles!! One owner) a week ago. I wanted an Auto AWD when i wanted to give my M2C some time to chill. I'm thinking of just doing a BM3 stage 1 93, to give it a bit more pep, befor doing crazy hardware mods. Def be taking notes on what you're doing

Any idea if these intakes can be retrofitted onto a 2013 bmw x5 50i - wanting to eliminate the rear air boxes , free up heat off turbos and add catch cans
Thanks for supporting the channel. Anything can be refitted with modification, but the E71 and F86 don't use the same chassis So literally everything is different including mounting points so it will have to be a totally custom job. Not worth the headache in my opinion. You'll be better off building your own intake. It's a bunch of people who have already done this with your platform. Just type "custom E70 Cold air intake" into Google search and you should see the forums and how-To's.

What is that pressure release filter next to the intake box where the oil refill is?

When buying aFe Magnum FORCE Cold Air Intake Kit , is a tune required?
Thanks for supporting the channel fam, but don't do it the AFE was one of the worst intakes I ever bought all that did was cause problems and throw check engine lights. The Dinan is way better. I have a video on that intake as well and no, no tune is required. Here is the video.

BROOOOOOO!!!!!!! Show the X5 35i some love. I just finally put a stage 1 on my X and it moves MOVES!!! now. Wondering what a stage 2 with/DP and Intercooler will do next.
I'm definitely going to get the X5 done stage two turbos and methanol injection, I just can't afford to do both at the same time so as soon as the X6M is done I'm going to knock the X5 out. I'm going to take the X5 to the track also with the mods it has now to see what it runs before doing the turbo and methanol.

Thanks for supporting the channel fam. They pretty much did skip over that truck. That's why most of the stuff for my car I had to do custom to get it to where it is today. The project gamma F95 X5M intakes might fit since it's the same body style, but you might have to do a little customization to get it to fit correctly.

Dannnng I should've checked eBay...good find bro! Did you get a CEL when you installed this? I did so I reached out to aFe and they sent me some revised intake ducts...CEL prob fixed.
Mine came with both intake ducts the old and the new.

Yes it will fit since the X6M, X5M, X6 50i and X5 50i all use the same exact air intake box just the words on the lid are different.

They look the same but they definitely won't fit. It's something different with the mounting part of it. That's what the store I bought my carbon steering wheel from said.

@@JohnLetra Thanks fam I bought it from a store on eBay and I just reconfirmed the M3 and M4 steering wheel should fit the X5M and X6M he said that the M6 and M5 steering wheel wouldn't fit.

I’m still here bro, becoming more excited with every mod u introduce. Very intrigued by the meth injection, but a bit curious why u didn’t use a platform like BM3 with a custom tuner for the meth? Maybe you’re going JB4 for now and custom tune later after the Pure turbo upgrades.
The jb4 is only going to be used to control the meth and boost. I will be running a custom backend flash tune through bm3 platform since it's easier to switch between the maps I've already paid for and the new map for the new mods. The tuner will be hcp performance or DME tuning. The turbos and meth will be installed around the same time and tuned for both at the same time. Thanks for supporting the channel fam. The first and most important mod you should do is catless downpipes, but they don't make power on their own. You will need to do a tune afterwards. I recommend BM3 stage 2 and that's the most power you can get for a single mod
What mod did you do to get 750hp
@@stattonlife7779 you can easily get that power with down pipes and a good tune the x6m comes with a true 600 to the crank. The down piping stage 2 tune will get you around 750 to the crank with cooling mods like the 90° thermostat so the computer doesn't pull a timing. It's nothing magical about these engines. The power is already there. Minimal mods will unleash power.
What catless downpipes do you recommend? Does it change the exhaust sound with stock X6M exhaust. Will it pass emissions?
