Because it's a 3D sculpture, our eyes are able to decipher the highlights and tell the difference between the top and bottom of his foot.

I think gloss is more suited for the symbiote costume. This one is a fabric costume that was made after the symbiote left Spider-Man. The way it was drawn and colored back then makes it hard to tell what kind of sheen the material had.

The main reason for starting this channel was to get more people interested in the world of collecting. I try to accomplish this by trying to be both informative and entertaining.
