- Today my wife and I take a look at the new Batman White Knight (Batcycle Edition)! This has got to be the biggest most detailed Batman statue I have ever seen in person. A very impressive dynamic statue with some great display options.

For this Batman showpiece, we engaged Batman: White Knight comics’ original writer and artist, Sean Murphy and worked closely with him to design this gorgeous concept. Without any compromise on the composition of this art piece, this 1:4 scale measuring an estimate of 1m in length, shows Batman on his Batcycle, displayed in its full glory, weaving through Gotham City, long cape swerving in the wind, skid marks on the streets. The light up lamp detail adds to the Gotham ambience, capturing perfectly a scene in time of the Dark Knight’s journey into Gotham’s night.
Sean Murphy’s beautifully designed Batcycle in Batman: White Knight comics features a large front section fairing. This allows room for exploration and the team created the designs of the internal engine, offering a unique cross section display of the Batcycle with its engine components exposed, a detail that is not seen in the comics. Batman fans and Batvehicle enthusiasts, there is definitely a space in your collection for this grail. Collectors can look forward to displaying the Batcycle in its true minimalistic design with fairings closed or leave the fairings aside, and showcase the strikingly designed engine details.
One of the most unorthodox and well-loved comics in the Batman franchise; more to come from Batman: White Knight comics! P.S. The team is working on The Joker and Harley Quinn!

I love wstching you and your wife build your collection together and she may not know most of the characters she tried to fogure them out which is cool and she helps you build them as well, love it.
The Batman’s costume design in the white knight series is one of my favorites.
This is one of the most impressive statues I ever saw. So much presence. Also impressed you two were able to build that statue so quickly/efficiently (but then again, your family seems like quite the talented engineers).

Really cool! However, I wish companies would stop making statues this big. This status would be almost impossible to display for the majority of people due to its size.
No doubt, this thing is a MONSTER of a statue! It's too big for my current set up and focus. However, I do like big statues when they make sense for my collection. So I wouldn't want to completely eliminate them. Likewise, there are some small scale statues I wish were bigger. Perhaps multiple sizes/versions would help with this dilemma. Till then, I think we just have to cross our fingers and hope they make the characters we want in the scales that will work for our spaces.
@@DTsGEEKSHOW good point. Maybe do what Queen Studios did with one of their lord of the rings balrog bust, which was to make a small scale version too.
@@johnmcclane2139 Yeah, I think multiple sizes would be a great way to cater to different collectors. One of the difficulties will be having to deal with licensing in certain regions.

Awesome statue but the chain gun on the front tires is so impractical. Along with the turn radius of the wheel if it’s covered up like in the thumbnail picture.
As cool and as dynamic as this piece is, I would have to pass. Not only does it eat up a lot of space, but any statue that requires me to screw stuff into place, may be a bit too complicated for me. 😆
The screw is not that bad. I have a smaller Batman statue with a screw and it actually puts my mind at ease. Magnets (especially weak ones) make me nervous.

Beautiful piece, but I don’t like the over extending cape. It’s very susceptible to damage and takes away, negativity, to the sleekness of the statue. That component is too striking for me to buy this, it’s unfortunate as I love much of he statue.

How do they charge so much and then ship it broken and have a sticker upside down? No quality control!
These things are fragile and breakages during shipment happens from time to time. This particular piece is a production sample so the factory might have overlooked the screen error to rush the piece out for show. I’m sure that now that they are aware, this will not be an issue for the production pieces going out to paying collectors.
