You'll get tremolo picking down in no time from practicing. Strumming really fast on a guitar hero controller is a lot harder than on a real guitar. On Rocksmith, there's a game in the guitarcade called hurdling hurdles which will help a lot with tremolo picking

It depends, Guitar Hero is harder when it comes to 2 hand tapping because if you miss a note, then it can be difficult to recover. While in real guitar, are people really going to care if you hit a note a little early/later than usual? Look at the solo for Raining Blood, that solo is very difficult to 100% consistently on guitar hero on expert whereas on real guitar, you just play some harmonics while going ham on the tremolo arm.
I still remember my first time clearing this as a kid…such a great moment! Just picked it up again yesterday for the first time in about 10~ years, took a few tries but was able to just squeak through it!😂

It took as an hour and she finally beat the song while her fingers and hands were cramping, we hyped her up the whole day.
The bit at 3:10 to 4:05 is just plain nasty, which makes the bit just after so satisfying to play if you manage to survive :) It's like someone sneezed while mapping out the notes in the game.
