I was the same way for a while, but I got older and realized it doesn't really matter if they think its quirky/nerdy or whatever. Just gotta do you at the end of the day. Oh, it also helps if you've practiced a bunch so you don't mess up in front of them lol (that's how I've embarrassed myself haha).
I use the jokers instead of the queens because they are very convincing its like joker.
