No lol. Then it’s harder to handle and it doesn’t get to thicken much. Just wait for it to cool. Using panty hose is a bad idea because the seeds can penetrate it. I use organza bags or cheesecloth.

❤️Quick Tip: place the Flaxseed inside the cut pantyhose and tie into a knot,
Then boil it on low to medium heat (like cooking a bag of rice)
Once you start seeing the gel form, let the bag start cooling (so you're careful not to burn your hands), then squeeze the bag. As you squeeze the gel will easily remove itself
And then just throw the pantyhose flaxseed bag away

you shouldn’t be doing this, they use dyes and chemicals in pantyhose which shouldn’t be ingested. Use a cheese cloth or just boil in a pan and use a restrainer.
