The cocktail was amazing. I substituted frozen berry mix for blueberries. I used gin instead of bacardi and added just a touch more simple syrup. My inner circle called and wanted the recipe after seeing the drink in a beautiful crystal martini glass. We ate the berry mixture residual in the glass with a dessert spoon before refilling. Great job Kevin. You are amazing!

You’ve inspired me. I had left over rice pilaf. It sat for two days. I needed a side dish. Here’s what I came up with. Rice, English cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pinch of fresh garlic, crumbled feta cheese,chopped walnuts. I drizzled with a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Chilled for an hour or so. Served with fresh Ling Cod we caught in British Columbia. Perfect.

Love all your nibbles. I do enjoy food on a skewer. My fave in the summer is fruit and cheese. Grapes with Swiss cheese, blueberry with a mild cheese. You can make broken ice by placing an ice cube in your palm, wack it with a table (or soup) spoon. Works like a charm.

I have made pita pizza before but never thought to do a white pizza on pitta. I like mine with mushrooms and sliced red onions and spinach. Great tip on preheating pan. I will try that.
