Hey Everyone, my name is Max!
I am a former chef, full time knife maker and have a huge passion making kitchen knives.
This year I really started to contemplate if what I do really makes a difference for chefs.
Well, that's where the Majime Chronicles comes in.
Im going to be meeting chefs around the country, see how they use their knife, and then attempt to make one better for them that suits their cutting style and technique.
Im on the journey of seeing how I can be better in my work, and make a difference for chefs in their passion for making food!
