Garten of banban is literally the least scary, most childish and low quality horror game, that's the same thing as asking, why people hate a platformer where you run in a straight line or an fps with only pistols or an rpg with one character, you get the point

Personally, I like it. Despite it being looked at as a generic scary game, I find it fun and actually pretty cool with some of it's mechanics such as the little drone

Idk, it has deep lore, good characters, the terribleness of the game is funny and it has intuitive puzzles, I don't mind
