The wall push ups maybe the best excerise. Remember to do 15 minutes walks everyday.
Thank you for these exercises. They are very appreciated.😊
Your video was the 1st one I watched after my heart attack 2 month ago. Thank you, I pushing it progressively a bit harder as my strenght improves. At least 4 or 5 times a week.
Very good explanations and presentations. Clear and concise.
Doing this starting today. Just had open heart surgery. THANK YOU!!!
I'll be in cardiac rehab in about 3 more weeks, sure hope it helps my stamina issues.
You never mentioned when we do this kind of exercise, after healing the sternum chest or how many months after surgery
Thanks for the demonstrations. About how many weeks after open heart surgery would it be safe to start basic squats?
Thank you for the tip
Thank you so much Ma'am ❤️
Thank you❤
Thank you.
they should inform how many weeks from discharge from the hospital before doing this exercise
Your doctor should first clear you before you do cardiac rehabilitation. From someone who is 6 weeks post open heart surgery.
How often should you do this routine?
How long after quad heart bi pass can I start these exercises. I am 61 years old and very active
Does SCAD patients can do them with 3 stents?
My mother is a heart patient and had bi pass 8 or 9 years ago. But now her 3 valves are again closed. I need to ask is that exercise will be best for her or some other to open her heart valves. Will be very grateful to you 🙏
Have her consult a specialist face to face. They need to do some scans, blood test or whatever it is they do. Please consult your own specialists because such questions cannot be answered until face to face consultation with a specialist.
Are these exercises meant for people who have had open heart surgery? That's what I'm looking for.
Me too. I just had open heart surgery in Nov 2022. I liked how easy these were. Just anything really. just don't hurt yourself. Good luck!!
i had open heart 3 months ago..still don't have my energy back..i think it will take a very long time to be normal again i am 76 yrs old.
@lindadepetro8960 you will be able to get your full strength and energy back. No worries.
What is the weight of hand weights
probably 10
start with 1KG, week later should be able to switch to 2KG, mostly stay with 3KG, it is really dependent on heart condition.
didnt ned this
I do not believe ,,,it cannot be good for Afib
I've lifted weights most of my life, so these rehab exercises might just be the biggest waste of my time that I would have to pay for.
Maybe for those who have more symptoms on minimal activity. Hopefully your plan will be individualised. Let us know how it went.
I can tell you how my rehab went. I refused the rehab based on the beginner-level exercises, one size fits all, that's how we do it here program. I'm doing well.@@BlueSky-lb8fw
Apparently though, lifting all those weights didn't prevent you from having a cardiac issue, did it?
I was born with an anomalous coronary artery. Any more wisecracks? Remember, "Be nice, be kind."@@nishihundan1257
Lifting weights probably lessoned the effect so he survived the attack. My cardiologist when I asked about cardiac rehab said you could do that but from the exercising you have done on your own in my opinion you are already doing it@@nishihundan1257
