    Ingredients: Lambs, chicken (optional), thierè, vegetable oil, tomato paste, onions, bell pepper, garlic, vegetables, jumbo cubes, raisin, beans, sugar, jumbo cubes and salt.
    Follow videos for directions.

    Looks good but why so much sugar in the thiere and why eggplant in your sauce instead of courgettes? I think the raisins are sweet enough so no need to add that much sugar.

      April Haulcy it's millet but a special variety that you get in west African shops. You could use couscous

    Traditional Seereer chereh (saay) does not have raisin. My Seereer cousins will be crying their eyes out the moment she took out that raisin. Simple is best.
