Is it me or should paradox make peace deals cooler, like making demilitarization zones and make them pay war rep (ex: France gets 4 civ factory's for 365 days and Germany loses 4 civ factory's for 365 days) another good one would be if you had a max amount of solders on the field like how Germanys army could only be some 100,000 strong I also want it possible for the losers to be at the peace conference for some land and annexing a whole country would be much less likely like only cores and claims could be annexed I also think its be good with waking the tiger because you could have decisions like "secret army" where you can have an extra 75k men on the field in secret. I also hate it when your in end game and you have like 100 military factorys and you still haven't invaded ussr, it makes the game boring because it just is way to easy
I totally agree about that peace conference thing it’s completely unrealistic to annex entire countries accept for those of fascist ideology I’d love to see just a few key territories switching hands then wat reperartions, for instance Germany defeating France and taking Alsace and maybe some African colonies or indochina then war reparations
nooo this is a horrible idea this is not medieval times and the way peace conferences work right now are completly historical like look at what happend to europe after the allies won they totally ripped apart countries and completly puppeting them you are just dumb sorry to say that
When you do peace conferences, don’t just annex everything. It’s stupid. Just take bake lands that would make sense like taking just Alsace’s and South Tyrol as Germany, and then just installing a friendly regime in France and italy

Forming the EU is such a dumb challenge because it's almost impossible to control the Benelux as democratic Germany. I wish there was a set of "integration" decisions unlockable in the focus tree that can allow you to annex European countries as cores. It may be OP, but once you form the EU it's OP anyway.

I would love to see the division templates doing that as democratic Germany. I just can't get it done. Russia drives into war attacking Finland and Poland (which I guaranteed) and then the damn Hungary guys go to war with the Czechs with all my divisions on the Easter front behind Moscow and backup inf defending Austria against Italy. Currently Hungary just eats me up :(

Mate you didn't capture the battleship, you produced it and because your battleship release que was not set by you, it decided to put the battleship in the newly captured port in Italy. How do I know? The battleship class was Scharnchorst class, which belongs to the German naval tree. *Alex and his occasional dumbness prevail once more*
They would keep the black, red, and white flag, even if they went with the compromise. And no way in hell would Germany not try to gain Silesia and the Polish Corridor.
There are mods that improve the base game AI and gives them larger templates and reduces the lag, but essentially there will always be lag, because even the smallest country ends up having tons of divisions.
The game seems to run relatively fluently compared to Death or Dishonor, or it's just me :D I always wanted to play the late game without problems. I already use some mods like Road to 56, Vanilla+ and Kaiserreich as much as better political map etc. I thought the foggy map and reflections causing the problem but I was wrong :/
