When Chad Daybell is convicted the grandparents of JJ and Colby Ryan should sue his estate for wrongful death and take his property away from his children. His children may be impacted by Chad’s influence but they are acting out of self interest not loyalty or love for their mother!

He doesn’t own his property anymore he sold it to his lawyer to pay for his services!
His attorney has a lein on th property because Chad ran out of money and couldn't pay him anymore. I'm still wondering how that worked considering there's still a mortgage.

Agreed. Go ahead and stick a fork in him, he's done. That's why I don't understand why he went through with this trial. He had access to all the evidence and knows he's guilty, he should have just pled guilty. But I guess a psychopath's gonna psychopath, come what may.

I wanna know how TF did Alex really die? Because one day after Tammy's exhuming is very very suspicious!!! And how did his autopsy come back as blood clots conveniently at that time?! Weird 😅😅😅
My thoughts exactly. There are a number of medications (several that are cancer drugs) that cause blood clots in the lungs. There was an autopsy, but I wonder if they would have looked for traces of something like that.
I don't trust the ME's out there. Tammy's came back as natural death and Alex came back as blood clots. I think Alex took his own miserable life because he knew WHAT he had done to innocent people and his conscience finally kicked in.

Zulema said he travelled to Mexico to buy his medication. There are substances out there which cause blood clots. Listen to Chads Patriarchal Blessing he gave Alex. A copy was found, in the rental car of Chad and Lori in Hawaii. I think that's when Alex must have figured out that they used him, what they had him do was only to help them live their dream life togather, sans children and conveniently widowed. They also may have wanted him to kill Zulema.
Agent Wright has the quintessential FBI voice. He could play an FBI agent in a movie with that voice. It's kind of gravely and deep. Love it.

This case really parallels the Adelson case in Florida… a protective brother, a woman who only considers her “wants”, an enmeshed family, greed, and of all things Halloween being a significant day in one way or another in each the Daybell & Adelson case. Tragic and senseless. Thank goodness for electronic evidence and stellar law enforcement!

If JJ went missing first we all know Tylee would have sounded the alarm.

Thanks Rick Wright. By the 40 minute mark, the tinted car windows, we learn Tylee had already passed away when Brandon B was shot at! This squishes any rumours that Tylee may have been the driver of the getaway vehicle 🙏
BUT, Tylee was there when Charles was murdered. She literally went back into her bedroom and got the bat and used it to help Alex. She was actually involved in the murder. She didn't strike a blow, but she was involved. Then she left the house with Lori and JJ to get shoes and spin out some time until the cops showed up. That whole thing was a HUGE cluster. The Chandler cops really covered themselves with shame in the way they handled that murder. Lori and Chad repaid Tylee for her loyalty by stabbing her to death. Or chopping. The forensic pathologist didn't seem to know which. I would imagine her being there when the murder went down is why they killed her. I hope they nail this sleazy MF to the wall.
Are you sure Alex's version of events is accurate or trustworthy? How do we know whether Tylee was coached what to say to police about Charles? Do you really think Charles went after Alex with a bat?
I think we knew all along that Tylee wasn't the driver and that Alex was.

Prior did ok for the first 2-4 weeks even though he had very little to play with but the evidence is getting so much stronger he virtually has NOTHING left to play with 😅

I really hope the police Department in Arizona is held accountable and sued by Charles Valow's family due to there negligence when Charles V. reported his life and his children lives were in danger and Lori V. said she would kill him. 4 people were murdered including his children and Tammy D.

the law society of Idaho should scrutinize Prior purchasing Daybell's property as a way to avoid Chad loosing it from being sued for wrongful death by grandparents, it's highly suspicious - the purchase should have been blocked

Id like to see a “map” of the phone data… do they have one.? Something to show us where the phone pings and id like to see the data for chads phone data alongside Alex on the night Tammy was facing Alex the Schytte-shot who couldn’t shoot the side of a barn bigger than an arena! But I think he was successful at holding Tammy down so Chad could hold the pillow on her face… no way Chad could’ve chanced having scratches on his arms. It’s too bad. We don’t have any pictures of Alex arms the next day but we know he did it. I think if Tami‘s girls were showing a video of what was done to their mom they still wouldn’t believe it, they want to be deceived. What a shame their mother deserved better.

Your so right . Mr Prior had very little to work with. At the beginning of the trial he appeared to some confidence that would help his client. But by the end of the trial Mr Prior could barely look at CD or even sit next to his Client. Mr. Prior did the best job with very little evidence.
Time to give it up Prior. It's not going to get any better...
Due to the transaction of the quitclaim of Chad's property, Prior signed an agreement to finish the trial as Chad's attorney. What he might do is, suggest to Chad that he take a plea of guilty. That way, he might avoid the death penalty. Maybe Chad is hanging on because he "doesn't fear death" and looks foreward to martyrdom.
