- Investigator Nicholas Edwards took the stand on Wednesday afternoon in the Chad Daybell trial where he breaks down the text messages that were shared between Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow, the couple that has been accused of murdering Vallow’s two kids, as well as other murders. The text messages show the seemingly loving couple exchanging texts revealing their love for one another.

Chad would've never been able to keep lori in the lifestyle she was accustomed. What was he???? A grave digger, and the author of fictional books...lthan duh....NOONE WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING. WHEN CHAD AND TAMMY WERE MARRIED, SHE WAS THE BREAD WINNER.
And let's not forget that the only reason that 'Author' Chad ever had a single book actually published was because Tammy began the publishing company. He leeched off her strong work ethics and efforts their entire marriage...until he met Lori and then Tammy was worth more to him dead than alive.

Chad got Tammy to increase her life insurance policy. She had a $400k policy when she died. Thats how he was gonna give her that life style till the money ran out but they got caught of course they was going to.

I think Lori had something to do with Tylee’s dads death too.l, specially after hearing she made a comment about being happy with how long the body took to be discovered. That’s not normal at all. She probably poisoned him or something that can’t be actually proven since the body decomposed so much before discovery, I think she helped cause his “heart attack” most definitely. And then Alex got away with killing Charles, they thought they had it all figured out.
And who knows, they Probably would’ve gotten away with it if it wasn’t for JJ’s grandparents. They kept on Lori’s neck and made sure there was justice for those babies.

Not only is this such a horrifying case, but parts are soooo cringe. Especially Chad's texts to Lori. I feel the authorities should dig deeper into the widespread horrors of this cult. I've got a gut feeling there are more victims, and I know I'm not the only one thinking so.

So Chad is some sort of version of Chauncey Gardiner. I certainly have my theory of how this all played out. I think Heather Daybell understood it the best over the years but certainly didn’t realize it would come to any of these horrific results.
I think there is some component of autism going on there.
Lori is another story though. I think Megan Conner has the best understanding of her over the years but certainly didn’t believe it could come to these horrific results.
I don't see why they couldn't just have kept it to fairly normal adultery or divorce - there was no need for anyone to die. It is very sad but people divorce all the time.
