What a beautiful, heartfelt, emotional reaction to a genuine masterpiece! Who could not hear this song played live like this to hundreds of thousands of fans and not get emotional about it? I think I may have been one of the people who suggested this version to you, so I am pleased you were willing to take that suggestion. Paul Simon is the short one playing the guitar and he was the songwriter and true genius of the band, thought Art Garfunkel complemented his voice perfectly. Their harmonies are mesmerizing! A few suggestions for you to help your channel grow (since you asked). First, do a song comparison reaction to BJ Thomas and Blue Swede both doing "Hooked On a Feeling". Second, add these songs to your playlist to get to one day!! "Try" by Blue Rodeo, "Fly At Night" by Chilliwack, "Foolish Games" by Jewel, "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan, "Why" by Annie Lennox, and the live version of "Old Man" from the early 1970's by Neil Young! No hurry or anything, but I believe you will enjoy them!! I wish you nothing but the best on your channel!! And sorry this was so long!

I suggest you watch the movie "The Graduate" with Dustin Hoffman, which features Simon & Garfunkel songs... it is a classic film of the 60's... another great song is "I Am A Rock"

My suggestion after much internal debate is the song "American Tune" from this same concert. Careful....not their song "America" which was also performed at the concert. I was at the concert. Surely the best 2 hours of my life.

The Disturbed version is a travesty. It doesn't capture the real meaning of the song. The original Simon and Garfunkel tells the real story of the hopelessness of life in the darker sides of the cities.
