My husband and I travel in a Motorhome and Casino’s are our favorite boon docking locations. Most of them actually have designated spots for overnight camping that are monitored by their security force. I typically call in advance to confirm that camping is allowed and ask if they have a preferred location. Since you are self contained you also should checkout Harvest Hosts.

I enjoy watching you but I know I could never live anywhere without my heat being between 70 and 75 in the winter and I hate sleeping with a lot of clothes on it brings back memories of my childhood when we lived in a house without proper heating where I had to wear a lot of clothes to try not to freeze 😊
I am the same . I grew up with a coal stove for heat because my dad did not want to buy oil. I kept my house comfortable now and don't you dare ask me to make a fire! 🤣🤣🤣
Hi Nomi! I worked at a few casinos over the years and you would not be out of place using a window covering. I have seen rvs, trailers and vans that spend the night and they usually go unbothered by other people as well as security. Love your videos!
There's designated parking at the casinos in my part of the state.Our casinos are "kid friendly",have highly rated restaurants & indoor night clubs so I guess they figured there would be a lot of family's traveling as well as gamblers.

Thought I was the only one who did the ketchup/mayo thing. I use it for dipping when I make hamburgers (without the bun), too. I'm guessing you have a 20 pound tank, which only holds about 4 gallons of propane. You may want to get another filled tank to carry in the back of your van, in case you were to run out in the middle of the night this winter, when it gets really cold. Being in MI (I'm in Northern MI), my guess is you're going to use more propane than you think you will, and having a backup would save you from running for propane so often, especially in bad weather this winter. I can't help myself, I'm all about having backups:) Stay safe and warm!
Good way to progress to pull-ups is to use a bench, jump up to pull up then slowly lower down. Gradually increase those reps and then eventually you’ll be able to pull-up and can then progress in #. For push-ups, I’d suggest doing elevated (wall, bench) in perfect form and slowly progress to floor when you are strong enough.

I KNEW you were going to Firekeepers! I haven't been there in a couple years but there is an RV parking lot if you hang to the right when you pull in the front entrance. You don't have to stealth camp. There are also a few RV parking spots at the gas station with electric hookup. I don't know if they are open this time of year. The sports bar makes the best Bloody Mary and it's $4 on Mondays. It's a drink plus olives, pickles, cheese, bacon, jerky... it's like a drink with an appetizer. Enjoy your stay!

Winter cold gets brutal in Michigan! I remember climbing out of my kitchen window because it was so much snow blown up against my front door (LOL). Can't imagine winter van camping in Michigan. Winter can last up to 5 months. I wonder how it feels to have to sleep in all of those clothes?

Girl..27 degrees inside is no joke! Can you feel the cold coming thru the floor of your van? How about while lying in your sleeping bag? The silver foil windshield sun blocker…under your cushion..or under your bag..will keep the cold out. Throw rugs on the floor. A Nalgene bottle with hot water will keep your hands warm..or even in your sleeping bag (much cheaper and eco friendly) and you can drink it when it gets cooler.

I always park by cameras or in the front of stores as there's usually cameras there & more people constantly walking by. As long as you haven't been warned about boon docking somewhere I agree that's best/smart. Stay safe 💕
I like that you're able to shower daily. Saw a clip where a van dwelling person said he was only able to shower twice a month! He has since quit van life, citing inability to shower regularly, as one of his reasons for doing so!

Stay healthy for this winter. I prefer veggies, so my crisper access is prioritized to the veggies easy access. Also, hanging like that is good for stretching your spine too. I do the same exercises as you.

It's very true about French fries eaten with mayo and ketchup in Germany. I lived in Germany for 16 years. In fact, I prefer eating french fries with mayo or plain than eating it with ketchup only.

Winter cold gets brutal in Michigan! I remember climbing out of my kitchen window because it was
so much snow blown up against my front door (LOL). Can't imagine winter van camping in Michigan.
Winter can last up to 5 months. I wonder how it feels to have to sleep in all of those clothes?

Girl..27 degrees inside is no joke! Can you feel the cold coming thru the floor of your van? How about while lying in your sleeping bag? The silver foil windshield sun blocker…under your cushion..or under your bag..will keep the cold out. Throw rugs on the floor. A Nalgene bottle with hot water will keep your hands warm..or even in your sleeping bag (much cheaper and eco friendly) and you can drink it when it gets cooler.

Love your videos... so you know and maybe try it... here in Puerto Rico, we prepare what we called MayoKetchup, we mix 2 parts Mayo, 1 part Ketchup and Garlic to taste, it is awesome!!! Also you can add a little bit of hot sauce, specially if you are eating tenders or breaded chicken... Greetings and Happy Holidays 😊

I always park by cameras or in the front of stores as there's usually cameras there & more people constantly walking by. As long as you haven't been warned about boon docking somewhere I agree that's best/smart. Stay safe 💕
I like that you're able to shower daily. Saw a clip where a van dwelling person said he was only able to shower twice a month!
He has since quit van life, citing inability to shower regularly, as one of his reasons for doing so!

Dinner looked good! And what a good idea to camp at the casino parking lot after spending time entertaining yourself there. Do it more often. Eat some fruits or veggies too! Stay healthy for this winter. I prefer veggies, so my crisper access is prioritized to the veggies easy access. Also, hanging like that is good for stretching your spine too. I do the same exercises as you.
