यदि आप की ऐसा ही कुछ सुनने की इच्छा हो तो क्षमा चाहता हूँ, ऐसा कुछ भी नही हुआ था।
वो द्रौपदी थी, स्टार प्लस की पंखुड़ी अवस्थी नही। महाभारत, रामायण और हमारे अन्य धार्मिक ग्रंथों का भारतीय टीवी ने जैसा बेड़ा गर्क किया है उसका अन्य कोई उदाहरण नही है। इतिहास को मॉडर्न बनाने के चक्कर में आज कल के घटिया टीवी सीरियलो नें सारी सीमाओं को पार कर दिया है। आज कल का एक भी शो ऐसा नही है जो हमारे इन धर्म ग्रंथों की गरिमा के साथ न्याय कर पाए।
अब आते हैं आपके प्रश्न पर। कर्ण की मृत्यु पर द्रौपदी प्रतिक्रिया क्यों देगी भला? कर्ण को द्रौपदी से कुछ भी प्राप्त नही हुआ, उसकी सहानुभूति भी नही। दुर्योधन कम से कम द्रौपदी की घृणा को प्राप्त कर पाया किन्तु कर्ण को तो वो भी नसीब नही हुआ।
द्रौपदी एक पतिव्रता स्त्री थी, पंचकन्याओं में से एक। पर पुरुष के लिए उसके मन में तनिक भी विचार नही था। पंचकन्या ऐसी पतिव्रता स्त्रियां थी जिनका नाम लेने मात्र से पापों का नाश हो जाता है। किंतु आज कल के ट्वेंटी-ट्वेंटी के जमाने में हम पतिव्रत की शक्ति को भला क्या समझेंगे? ब्रह्म पुराण में स्पष्ट वर्णित है:
अहल्या द्रौपदी कुन्ती तारा मन्दोदरी तथा। पंचकन्या स्मरणित्यं महापातक नाशक॥
अर्थात: अहिल्या, द्रौपदी, कुन्ती, तारा तथा मन्दोदरी, इन पंचकन्याओं का प्रतिदिन स्मरण करने से सारे पाप धुल जाते हैं।
महाभारत में कर्ण वध के समय द्रौपदी का कोई जिक्र महर्षि वेदव्यास नें नही किया है। द्रौपदी का कर्ण के प्रति किसी भी प्रकार का कोई दृष्टिकोण अथवा उसकी मृत्यु पर द्रौपदी के मन में किसी भी प्रकार की सहानुभूति का वर्णन मूल महाभारत में नही दिया। ये सब आज कल के साहित्यकारों एवं फ़िल्म निर्माताओं के बीमार दिमाग की उपज है। अतः इसके बारे में अधिक ना सोचें।
