Manipulated weather patterns have been the norm for a few decades, thus leading to excessive extremes in weather events, (see Dubai) but having an effect on climate is rather boastful of man's power against Mother Earth.
"Climate change" has signed a LOT of contracts.
We are all sick of these committee hearings that go nowhere.
