When he takes this oil and puts it in the domestic fuel supply, you pay for it again. Yes it will drop pump prices by .05 cent for a week or 2. At some point this oil must be replaced. At a current projection of 1.7 Trillian dollars. That's correct as of 2/1/24 the estimate value of the oil taken from the SOR is 1.7 Trillian dollar. Also these tanks can't sit empty. So they have had to fill the empty tanks with water. This creates a massive amount of unnecessary problems.
