Just downloaded to my M1 Mac and I’m up to 50 games already downloaded. Including Tokyo Xtreme racer zero, Drift, Drift 2 and wanderers. Work perfectly. Even at 1080.
NFS underground was barely playable on my lower end laptop even with lowest settings, but every other game I tried was playable, what racing game would you recommend I try?
@@n-tertainmentx-tended4760 there’s SO much more to it than that. They play quite differently. That’s like not including NFS Carbon just because Underground 2 is there.

I only tried auto modilista till now but it's stable 70 fps on snap dragon 662 I will update you with the rest of the games UPDATE : enthusia professional racing is working on stable 60 in snap dragon 662
@@vikram2708 another update motor storm arctic edge : it's the same with psp but with *SOME* (because psp is better in some things)better textures than the psp and both version kinda unstable if you didn't find the best settings for it, im conclusion chose what you want If you want textures and cars details chose the ps2 If you want map details and blinders and Color distribution and Be lighter on the device chose psp
Aside from games with a very peculiar gameplay like Wipeout and NFS Carbon, I wouldn't even bother with emulating racing games, with so many modern titles that feature a much better driving experience, other than proper support for widescreen and 1080p or better resolution, and significantly more refined physics and graphics.
Arcade racers were at their peak in this era. Nothing today matches them overall. No real substitute for Burnout, Midnight Club or Black Box Need for Speed.
Then you clearly never played Gran Turismo 4 which by the fans is the best one in the series and it has the best career mode within the entire franchise.
Tokyo Extreme Racer Zero and 3 run flawlessly.

im currently playing nfs mw black and it runs ok, not full 60fps but its 50-60 so fine with me
Maybe there was an improvement recently.
I think I have Skipdraw set to 1 for the Toca Games to run flawlessly

Maybe, but NFS Hot Pursuit 2 is far superior on PS2. And there are several exclusives as well, like Jak X Combat Racing and GT4.
Where on earth is Need for Speed Underground? That was my favourite racer of ALL TIME, and it doesn’t even get an honourable mention?
Undergrounfd 2 essentially did the same as Underground 1, but added an open world. So I didn't it was necessary to mention.

I am having an issue with Flat Out 2 where the sound and music starts screwing up whenever the game saves. Anyone got a fix?
Try using the emulator's own quicksaves instead (F1). To load the quicksaves, press F3.

60% were on PC (obviously in better quality), 39% are boring as hell/kids only and only Midnight Club 3 worth paying it.
Gran turismo 3 and 4 are glitches on cars and flickering. Any way to fix it? And I’m playing on the us version

Wait Mortorstorm Arctic Edge and the Burnout games are fully playable? I remember reading they had issues.

Big slow downs on night races for gt 3 and 4 for me
Make sure you're running the latest Developmemt build of PCSX2, and with Vulkan graphics API

I do it for the nostalgia. Ps2 era racing games is what I grew up on.
