Nothing against artistic gymnastics, but I don't think rhythmic gymnasts get enough credit for their incredible athleticism.
Rhythmic is more recognized in Europe, but it’s not as appreciated by the public in the US. Most people don’t even know what rhythmic gymnastics is!
@@FlexAbilitiesLLCyeah I did it for a year and when I told someone about it id just have to say ballet and gymnastics combined
I’m a rhythmic gymnast and hey thanks for saying this ❤
@@Giannq You're welcome -- just an honest observation really. Rhythmic gymnasts are part cirque, part gymnast , part dancer, part shaolin monk, and part runway model. PC culture would probably find this "offensive" but I'd say rhythmic gymnastics is the epitome of feminine athletics. 🩰
@@FlexAbilitiesLLCI think that rhythmic gymnastics is one of the coolest sports!!
I am starting across and I would love to do some of these tricks😍
Amazing I learnt so much thankyou . Also you should make more of these :)
This was so helpful! Pls make more videos like this tysmmm
you are soooo good! Keep going!!!!
Thank you so much!!
Welcome to: how to do these tricks
Step 1: be flexible
I love this helps so much!
I am so glad it helps!
Every time i watch this video, i get the courage to do my limber, one footed back walkover and my slow two footed back hand spring, thank you so much, last year i could only do a cartweel, a bridge and front walkover(but it had bad technique)
I’m a 15 yr old that wants to try acro but I’m so nervous
You should get an air track
@@hazelmcdonnell5874 I really want one
Trust me you will not regret you might feel lotta pain in your wrists like the first month, but after that, it’s like you’re flexible other than string and it’s amazing!
@@6iscuit I’ve been doing it for a couple of months now
@@canofbeans6317How is it? I just turned 15 and I’ve been really wanting to do acro too but also very nervous
Hi can of beans I do across and its really fun you should Try it
How do you do the first acro trick?the knee backbend i dont even know what its called and i have always wanted to do that trick but i have never found a tutorial
Same it is called the moon walkover
Name of it? 0:37
moon walkover I think or something
@@user-cd8xo1wh4tOmg i finally found it! Thanks
What’s the first trick called?
❤
Hiii, I just wanna ask if I can do this within 10 days if I'm flexible?
Definitely no! It takes time to build up the fundamentals. Once you can do basic handstands, front limbers, back limbers, front walkovers, and back walkovers, you can try these variations.
👏
What is the first one called?
I call it “over the toe donut roll” :)
Anyone here trying to find moves for a solo?
I'm literally a 7yr and I do acro
Okay?
I didn't get taught how to do these tricks this was not helpful. Even if it's a one minute video.
