- In todays episode we transform our regular old crown vic tail lights and turn them to Marauder Prototype style tail lights!
a small modification, but makes a huge difference with the overall look of the car

I have a 04 Marauder and I am de-Maraudering it. Removing (swapping out) the front and rear bumper covers, the exhaust tips and the wheels. Then getting into the PCM to get rid of the pats system, the ABS and the traction control.
If you get rid of the marauder rims or head lights or grille please lmk

I have a 2008 p71, and in day time the break lights are dim, does tinting them make it worse or did you upgrade to led bulbs

That came out nice but the Marauder has the lights tinted just a little and the part you painted is supposed to be black. They also do it to the reverse lights cause they have the same design as the tail lights. I did it to my Marauder using CV taillight s cause I didn't wanna paint the factory original lights. They are darker than the CV ones from factory. That is the S55 Marauder concept lights.
If you have a silver birch crown victoria what lens paint would you use? The factory paint code is JP but it’s hard to find the paint

Thanks :) , the taillights I painted were CVPI lights I found in the junkyard in good condition, thought I wouldn't want to mess up my original ones with the chrome bottom.

You at a time were claiming to be a law enforcement officer, who was outfitting his own car to do "k-9 work". If your so defensive of my questions then that makes you only seem more suspicious...I stated facts I know to be true, which may not apply for all departments, just the ones in my knowledge, and asked why your information differed from mine, and why you seemed secretive....But one who jumps to insults like yourself and acts defensive does not seem like a peace officer...seems like a guilty mind. come on "officer" you should know how this works... The sad part is I am not a police officer, nor have I ever been one but have spent enough time around them and talked with them enough and have family serving their community to know basic knowledge of LEA certs, and how an officer must have permission from their department to outfit their car for official use.
