I did the exact same thing. Half of my 4.5 years looked like hers, the other half was the opposite.

Getting up at 5am during university semester is one of my favourite things to do. I'm just so much more productive in the morning. The duck alarm was so cute. I couldn't use it because my dog loves ducks so he'd probably wake up and be all excited lol
I go to bed at 3 so this hurts
Man if I lived in a castle I would be awake ALL the time too.
I still wonder how people have the courage to do their makeup every day, I could never😂 I just put sunscreen on and go on with my day 🤷🏻♀️
Haha me too.. I don't do makeup..I'm 24 almost going to 25.. I just wear my nivea cream and go

I wish I had the Courage haha but I'll never get people who do their make up when they don't have any intentions on leaving their house

I don't need sunscreen, and I think I'm lucky haha! But neither do I, it can be pretty devastating to your skin if you start wearing it at a young age.

I was hoping you would upload a morning routine since you mentioned getting up at 4 in one of your vlogs. :) I really like it! Might give this a try next week! I guess the trick is to have a plan ready, otherwise getting back to sleep is too tempting. 😅
Soo, I actually woke up at 4am today (Monday) and actually managed to do so much for uni, I'm surprised by myself! 😆 I did attempt waking up very early in the past, with similar routines, and never got that much done. The one thing I did differently this time is getting ready before starting work (like Elena). I think this helps me get into the mindset of "work-mode" instead of "comfy clothes sleep mode". 😅 Haha, sorry for the ramble, but somehow your video really inspired me to do this regularly now, thank you Elena! 😃 Danke!

am a 43 year old lawyer.. and i needed to see this.. have been trying to wake up at 4am for months now but not been able to.. I do sleep around 1 though.. am trying to do with less sleep
Maybe you're just a night owl and your circadian rhythm is different to hers? I feel the same as you do. I could go to bed and fall asleep at 8 or 9 pm.
I really like this routine. I also share the idea of being productive during the early hours, without interruptions. And because people or genius that I admire do that too 😅.
Just a comment, try to not spend more that one hour without eating since you wake up. You can have some fruit in your room at 5 am.
I couldn't wake up just for studying or worldly things. I get up for morning prayer and with that being my reason, I always wake up at sunrise. I am thankful for having this faith in me. When I don't wake up, I feel guilty... But that happens very rarely
I'd like to wake up earlier than I do now (at 5:30 for example, now I wake up at 6:30) but I would be so hungry. I'm at boarding school and we have breakfast from 6:45 to 7:15 so I'm used to eat something after 30 minutes I woken up. I just can't work properly without breakfast. I guess I'll buy some food the day before so I won't be hungry 😅

huh, a stark contrast from one of my friends who occasionally gets up at 4am to do his homework before school haha.
at my university, we only have 5 washers on campus. you are deeply, deeply unpopular if you leave your stuff in there after it's finished! it's kind of expected that you set an alarm and come back to empty it as soon as its done.

How do you build up concentration? I have concentration issues because of pain(chronic illness) but still concentration can be build and the techniques for it everyone can use.
Hi! I use breathing techniques when I lose focus and I sometimes listen to a short meditation on calm or headspace to get myself to focus!
I love the building, but it’s so old I wouldn’t be able to sleep there thinking it’s haunted lmao

Hi! Sorry for the late reply - it really depends on how much work I have to do but I do it up to 4 times a week but there are also weeks where I don't do it at all!

What is the expected salary for a law graduate starting at a law firm in your area?
if she goes back to Germany I think it will be around 3500-4000€ in the beginning, but usually lawyers get even more as the years go by. Its one of the best-paid jobs here
