The single most important message of all prophets to their people was to worship God alone and none else and to follow His teachings. All of them, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Jesus, Muhammad and others, in addition to those we do not know - invited people to worship God and shun false gods.

Also, the earth was formed 4.5 billion years ago. What took God so long, why didnât he create earth first? Daniel. Iâm a newbie to learning about God at the age of 42. I just have to say thank you to your good self. Youâve âflicked a switchâ in me with these videos to become a true believer, and Iâve barely scratched the surface.
The DNA part hit home hard. 18 months ago I had a quite remarkable experience, seeing a double helix 𧏠appear in vivid HD on the ceiling. It was like the ceiling disappeared and I could see into a different dimension. I was half scared, half in awe.

You know as you had I also had many miracles in my life. I would love to share some of them with you guys. Once my lovely dog named Tingu had a dangerous disease, we all were scared that would we lose him but from the moment knowing he was sick I started to pray to God the almighty. And at the last at the edge of death, God healed him miraculously even the doctor was amazed to see him heal. God is real there's nothing he can't do!

@Mahuroli The answer to this question depends greatly on what is meant by âconclusiveâ proof of God. Can we reach out and touch God or see Him in the same way that we touch and see people? No. But there are countless ways one can know assuredly that God does exist, that He is real, and He is who He says He is. We will look briefly at three ways of proving His existence using both science and the Bible.
1. Proof of God: The Law of Cause and Effect. This law of science states that every cause has its effect and every effect has its cause. This law is the basis of all science. As such, this law bears a relationship to the origin of the heavens and the earth. In fact, scientists agree that the universe has not existed forever, that it had a beginning at some point in time.
The theory of relativity, which is almost universally accepted among scientists, has certain implications for this Law of Cause and Effect. One is that the universe-defined as time, space, matter, and physical energy-had a beginning, that it is not eternal. And it is through Einsteinâs equations that scientists can trace the development of the universe back to its very origin, back to what is called the âsingularity eventâ when it actually came into being. Science has proven that the universe really did have a beginning. This means that if the universe had a starting point in history, then it obviously began to exist, and it must have a cause for its existence.
Therefore, if the universe needs a cause for its coming into being, then that cause must be beyond the universe-which is time, space, matter, and physical energy. That cause must be something similar to what Christians call âGod.â Even Richard Dawkins, probably the most prominent proponent for atheism in our time, admitted in a TIME magazine article that âthere could be something incredibly grand and incomprehensible and beyond our present understanding.â Yes, and that is God!
We can best summarize this cosmological evidence with the following statements:
(1) Whatever begins to exist must have a cause for its existence.
(2) The universe began to exist.
(3) Therefore, the universe must have a cause for its existence.
(4) The attributes of the cause of the universe (being timeless, existing outside of space, and so on) are the attributes of God.
(5) Therefore, the cause of the universe must be God (Genesis 1:1).
2. Proof of God: The Law of Teleology. Teleology is the study of design or purpose in natural phenomena. This law of science essentially means that when an object reflects a purpose, goal, or design, it must have had a designer. Simply put, things do not design themselves. This holds true for the things in the universe, which proves that it had to have a Designer.
For example, the earth in orbiting the sun departs from a straight line by only one-ninth of an inch every 18 miles-a very straight line in human terms. If the orbit changed by one-tenth of an inch every 18 miles, it would be vastly larger, and we would all freeze to death. If it changed by one-eighth of an inch, we would be incinerated. The sun is burning at approximately 20 million degrees Celsius at its interior. If the earth was moved 10% farther away, we would soon freeze to death. If it were moved 10% closer, we would be reduced to ashes. Are we to believe that such precision âjust happenedâ? Think about it: the sun is poised at 93 million miles from Earth, which happens to be just right. Did this happen by chance or by design? Itâs no small wonder that the psalmist alludes to God as the grand designer: âThe heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. . . . [The sun] rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the otherâ (Psalm 19:1, 6).
3. Proof of God: The Laws of Probability and Fulfilled Prophecy. There are 1,093 prophecies in the Bible that refer to Jesus and His Church, and each one of those prophecies was fulfilled! The Old Testament contains 48 prophecies that pertain to the crucifixion of Jesus. When applying the laws of probability to calculate the likelihood of several events taking place at or near the same time, all probabilities have to be multiplied together. For example, if the probability of a single event occurring randomly is 1 chance in 5 and the probability of a separate event occurring is 1 chance in 10, then the probability that both events will occur together or in sequence is 1 in 5 multiplied by 1 in 10, which yields 1 in 50.
In considering the fact that several different prophets who lived in separate communities over a span of a 1,000 years made predictions of Christ 500 years before His birth, the odds against these prophecies coming true are simply beyond our wildest comprehension. For example, the chances of one man (Jesus) fulfilling just 8 of the prophecies attributed to Him are one in 10 to the 17th power (thatâs a number 1 with 17 zeroes).
Consider this: imagine covering the entire state of Texas with silver dollars to a level of two feet deep. The number of silver dollars needed to cover the whole state would be 10 to the 17th power. Mark one silver dollar with an âXâ and drop it from an airplane. Then thoroughly stir all the silver dollars all over the state. Then blindfold a man and tell him he can travel wherever he wishes in the state of Texas. Then somewhere along the way, he is to stop and reach down into the two feet of silver dollars and pull up the one silver dollar that has been marked with the âX.â What are the chances of his doing this? The same chance the prophets had of eight of their prophecies being fulfilled in any one man in the future (based on the work of Peter W. Stoner and Robert C. Newman in Science Speaks: Scientific Proof of the Accuracy of Prophecy and the Bible [Chicago, IL: Moody Press, 1963, pg. 101-109].)
The Bible with all its fulfilled prophecies proves the existence of God. Through the law of probability and the mathematical odds of prophecy being fulfilled, we can know assuredly that there was a divine Designer and Author of the Bible. The same One who brought the universe into existence. âYou may say to yourselves, âHow can we know when a message has not been spoken by the LORD?â If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuouslyâ (Deuteronomy 18:21-22).
Finally, God, the Creator of the universe and Author of our salvation tells us, âRemember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I pleaseâ (Isaiah 46:9-10).
@Mahuroli The moral argument begins with the fact that all people recognize some moral code (that some things are right, and some things are wrong). Every time we argue over right and wrong, we appeal to a higher law that we assume everyone is aware of, holds to, and is not free to arbitrarily change. Right and wrong imply a higher standard or law, and law requires a lawgiver. Because the Moral Law transcends humanity, this universal law requires a universal lawgiver. This, it is argued, is God.
In support of the moral argument, we see that even the most remote tribes who have been cut off from the rest of civilization observe a moral code similar to everyone elseâs. Although differences certainly exist in civil matters, virtues like bravery and loyalty and vices like greed and cowardice are universal. If man were responsible for that code, it would differ as much as every other thing that man has invented. Romans 2:14-15 says that the moral law (or conscience) comes from an ultimate lawgiver above man. If this is true, then we would expect to find exactly what we have observed. This lawgiver is God.
To put it negatively, atheism provides no basis for morality, no hope, and no meaning for life. While this does not disprove atheism by itself, if the logical outworking of a belief system fails to account for what we instinctively know to be true, it ought to be discarded. Without God there would be no objective basis for morality, no life, and no reason to live it. Yet all these things do exist, and so does God. Thus, the moral argument for the existence of God.

This is nothing but the typical logical fallacies that we see when trying argue that God exists: personal incredulity, God-of-the-gaps fallacy and circular reasoning, and even throwing in a watchmaker analogy.
Let's for arguments sake assume that DNA was designed by a higher intelligence, then this still does not equate to the God of the bible, a book that is clearly not the word of any higher being, otherwise the account of the creation as depicted in Genesis would not have been so absurdly unrealistic, it may have even mentioned something about DNA, but instead it was clearly the work of humans based on the very limited knowledge they had at the time. Your entire religion include your God is manmade, the same applies to every other religion/God.
Also, DNA is far from perfect, it is very prone to errors when duplicating. These can cause defects but also improvements: these mutations are in fact what causes evolution to occur, so if a higher being designed DNA, then evolution was part of the design.

Here is a detailed mathematical rebuttal of the argument from improbability of complex DNA arising by chance:
The speaker argues that the complexity and information content of DNA could not have plausibly emerged by chance alone. However, we can show mathematically that his naive probability calculations are misguided.

- There are approximately 3 billion base pairs in the human genome. Each can be one of 4 nucleotides, A, T, C or G.

Plugging in any remotely reasonable N and T, this tends towards 1, making it probable.
- Furthermore, evolution and natural selection filter out less complex DNA, gradually multiplying complexity over generations without the need for an intelligent designer.
In summary, the speaker's simplistic mathematical probability argument fails to account for the enormous number of opportunities over time, filtering effects of evolution, and gradual ascent to complexity. When done rigorously, the math does not support his conclusion that random chance is impossibly unlikely without God. The probability of complex self-replicating molecules emerging is higher than he portrays.

Short answers, We don't know if god type being is real or not. Bible god? Alright, your book has four different accounts of Jesus on the way to his crucifixion. Matthew, Mark and Luke all pretty much seem to agree on the general process of events, although they each have varying levels of detail about it. However, John 19:16-18 explicitly contradicts these accounts with his later writing, asserting that Jesus carried the cross himself.
The problem here is that these two assertions, one where they forced a passerby to help and one where Jesus did it himself, are pretty much mutually exclusive, and yet they're all accepted to be part of your faith and are in your book.
Your book also has your God inventing rainbows after the flood of Noah's time, intending them to be a reminder for himself to not take such drastic actions in the future right out of the gate. Of course, the obvious problem here is that your God is supposed to be All-Knowing, which by extension means no reminder should ever be needed.

I honestly cannot remember if I truly did at the time of the initial comment, however what I *do* remember is that this man is effectively a younger version of Kent Hovind. And given the fact that both of them resort to 'because muh bible' as their final 'argument,' I see little reason to watch it again to conclude that they're wrong.
Until a Christian Apologist can present *solid* evidence which is *exclusively* in favor of their claims *without* resorting to the bible as their source, their claims will continue to be dismissed by those of us who can actually think critically.

They've mapped out basically all of the parts of your book which contradict itself, so appealing to it as 'evidence' for anything is effectively the same as admitting you have no evidence.

End time predictions aren't exclusive to Christianity, you're not special.
That being said, the literal laundry list of times religious figures across the board have claimed, 'This is how the world will end!' only to be proven wrong pretty much kills this argument on arrival.

Except for all of the other religions. The only difference between yours and most of them is you claim to follow one God, which itself comes apart when you look at the other mythological figures around it.
Technically, the Christian Devil counts as an evil God, so that's two. The Holy Trinity are supposed to be individuals (or the same person, you people are never clear on that), so that can technically make them three lesser Gods. Jesus after his death is effectively a variation of Hercules, where it can be argued he became a God when he died and shed his mortal body.
We could really make a case that your polytheistic instead of monotheistic.

A.K.A, a reminder for your God to never resort to such methods out of the gate again. Of course, this kinda undercuts the classic Apologist claim that he's supposed to be All-Knowing, since someone with that trait wouldn't need a reminder because they should already know. And that's if we discard the problems caused by an All-Knowing God taking such actions in the first place despite knowing that it would be too drastic and hasty.
Take a good look at the Problem of Evil sometime, because the Apologist's insistence that God is All-Knowing, All-Powerful, and All-Loving is just another way they're defeating their own arguments.

We are unique because in other religions you have to reach god in other words god is very far away like a very far being and we donât believe that we believe that you can have relationship with god and that god came down to earth to die for our sins.What other major religion founder/leader has died for his people/ or followers non absolutely non.And it is believed that Jesus once he rose again he appeared to 500 unbelievers actually hardcore unbelievers at the same time and the unbelievers turned into hardcore believers to the point where they were tortured and killed just because they preached the gospel.
