A woman who invents this wonderful innovation to our world gets ignored while a screaming teenage girl gets all the awards! We need just and she’s the future for

SHE LOST “TIME PERSON OF THR YEAR” TO GRETTA THUNDBERG. Our society is sick, disgusting, and deserves to be conquered

Sorry for getting the name wrong: Morgan Vague should've won a Nobel Prize for her great contribution to society.

A person who just says to save environment wins.. A person who worked hard to actually save environment lose.. Shame.. If Greta had any regard to environment she should have given the award to her.. That would have prooved that she is not a child who wants all the goodies but a person who actually cares for environment.

what if we develop a microplastic-eating bacteria, study other bacterias that can breathe water and get eaten by others, combine their nutrients amd structure together, and create a micro-plastic eating, eco-friendly ocean-surfing bacteria that will help clean our oceans and be offered as a new food source?q B^)
we could use simulations in the lab to find a suitable predator to keep things in check, and it could evolve to evade as well. we gotta be careful not to accelerate bacterial evolution, though and perhaps we gotta use tweezers for some parts

Does it break down the plastics to non-plastics or micro or nano plastics? I'm guessing the latter.

@BooB SooS it eats the thing up then reproduce. The other bacteria eats the mini then you got a cycle. But we need to make more plastic to make sure it does not turn to other things

This is nuts. I jus seen the one where the two Asian students "discovered" plastic eating bacteria to clean out the oceans.. but it seems like this girl figured it out first...

@@kevnguyen9391 yes! The UK researcher in that 2y.o. VICE video mentions that the PETase enzyme was discovered in Japan 2 years before (around 2016). They are developing an improved version.
