THE PREPARATION:
The black hole technique is basically the same as a ring pour, except that after pouring from the ring into the middle, black color is added. This creates the great "black hole" effect.
MIXTURE OF PAINT:
30% Paint
60% Pouring Medium (PVA Glue)
10% Water
3 drops of silicone oil in the turquoise & green paint
THE POURING PROCESS:
The edges of the canvas are primed with the background color of your choice, in my case black. Then you layer the other colors on top of each other in the mug. You can run it clean over the edge or "dirty" on top of each other, as I did in the video.
Now pour out the cup in a circular motion over the center of the canvas and then add some black paint to the center.
Then you tilt the canvas and stretch the motif until you like it. Done!
