Hi, I am new to your channel and not at all crafty but you are so inspiring as is your work. I’m from Canada having a bit of difficulty finding supplies but will not give up. Thank you for what you do and for explaining things in a way that this newbie and far from crafty girl is willing to try.
This is the first pour I’ve seen using the pre-mixed paint. The first thing I noticed was the crisp lines of the black no fuzzy edge where it met the other colors. I’ve got to get some of that and give it a try. Really gorgeous painting and I love the shine.

I have a question I've been hesitant to ask, but I've had requests to purchase my canvases and since I'm new I'm still learning a lot. No one ever mentions how they clean up the back of a dried canvas and mine are gross. Do pourers clean up the backs and what do you do? I've thought about sanding and painting black. I've worked with resin for 10 years and I'm used to making sure backs are finished so I don't know if it's just in my nature or of this is a thing.

I didn't sell my resin charms until almost 2 years into creating and i wore my jewelry daily. My motto was if i wouldn't wear it with confidence i wouldn't sell it. So w canvas art I've been like but what do i do. Lol thank you again!!! 😘

So anyway when my pours start drying they are crazing. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong and it’s very disheartening to work at mixing paint so long and then doing the actual technique only the next day or when it starts drying more and more to have that happen. Any advice? Thank you!
Hey Mixed Media Girl 💮!! If you had given white/black color around the Ring Pour (to support the color when flowing), you wouldn't have lost so much gold and sooo lot of black rings... Why don't you do this anymore... To give color around the Pour I have learned from you and lately you don't do that anymore... What a pity... Nevertheless, the colours are the hammer... Generally that happens when your paint is too thick or when it's drying too fast (like maybe there's a fan nearby or it's very hot in the space)
