I would argue that's not necessarily the case. It depends on context. For example, we force people to follow the law by threatening them with punishment if they don't. Personally, I would be more than happy to see forced rehabilitation become a part of every government's drug program, because mollycoddling drug users is obviously not the answer.

The CEOs and the board aren't beholden to the shareholder anymore. They are using the shareholders investments to push ESG for WEF/Blackrock credits and if the company goes broke, they move on to another company thats board has been infiltrated by WEF/Blackrock agents.

The current SR team infamously hates Saints Row 1/2 in favor of their babies, 3 and 4, which is when they took over. They'd rather die than acknowledge that the ones everyone liked were the ones they had no hand in making. As a side note Saints Row got woke with 3, this was a long time coming.

People sad of the demise of Studios that existed for a long time, knowing that these Studios suffered massive change in staff that they barely resembled their initial form.
The old boys left these studios years ago, and are doing indie things now with their mates.

I still buy games from those developers, but the only things that are still sold by their old studios that are worth buying are the things they made, decades ago in some cases.

There's something really reasuring and empowering in watching someone who has more or less been handed most of the financially powerful and largest asset bases completely fuck it up when it is seemingly impossible to fail and yet still appears to be managing it all while being the least attractive or charasmatic person possible.
I think we should show this to teenagers to really help their self esteem and remind them that nothing they ever do will be as stupid as this.
