This is the first time listening to Southern Nights. I love this, both the music and the video. After that, I started calling my 630 and 722 models my “Southern Knights.”
Also, I think you perfectly timed those whistles into the audio. Good work.
I'm loving "Southern Nights" enhanced with whistling steam trains ~ Glen should have recorded it this way! Long live the southern steam program and classic steam locomotives.

The Southern/Norfolk Southern Twentieth Century Steam Program is perhaps the most famous steam excursion program ever to have existed. There will never be another one like it.

Other than 4501, I think t&p 610 was the best locomotive was ever in the southern steam program. I would really like to see 610 hit the mainline again someday

Would be nice but I don't think it will happen. 610 ran well but needed a lot of things to go her way because she was so heavy.

Biggest issue was an overheating leading pony truck, rode behind her in '77 from Chattanooga to Emory Gap, TN.

I really like seeing 4501 in green and anyone ever think 722 and 610 might ever run again. I know 587 will but 1218 most unlikely but at least 4501, 630 and 611 are operational
Evan's Megazord reviews 722 is a maybe. 610 is getting worked on as soon as TVRM 630 goes under for an overhaul. 587 will eventually. 1218 will never. And it is good to see the 4501 in green.
Wait what there are plans for T&P 610 to operate again or are you saying Us army 610 not T&P 610 and I already knew 1218 might not sadly ever run again and I hope 587 will run again the most since she's my favorite mikado
