What about Waney Squier? She is not an “uninformed” or “untrained” expert. Prosecutors who do not follow the evidence and research are not looking to find the truth...they are looking to convict at any cost.

What does two lawyers know about medical science??? Aren't there any real adults around?

There are lots of bioengineers who have conducted experiments that prove that SBS is not a real diagnosis. Small falls can cause the same symptoms. You can't jostle a brain by the act of shaking. It's not the same as colliding into a wall at ten miles an hour, which was how the original diagnosis was tested.
This lawyer describes it exactly right. Impact is 100% required. SBS only accomplishes two things. Convicting innocent people and giving abusers an out. If juries knew that the parent was slamming the kid's head against a wall, then they would be getting worse sentences than them claiming they just shook the kid a couple times.
People are so emotionally attached to SBS because it gives other parents an out to abuse their kids. "Kids are so fragile, one little shake can cause that damage," is flawed. Kids aren't that fragile. It takes real abuse to cause that kind of damage. Not a shake.

My friend is accused of killing her baby by shaking her but she says she never did anything to harmonii her. She was vaccinated the same day with MMR her brain was swollen and she suffocated in her sleep. She is going to přísun for crime she never comitted. They all argue with hypotheses 40 years old some research is needed baldy. Anyone could lose a chikd like this after innocent Fall baby develops slow swelling and dies. Its Just unfair that this hypotheses is ruining peoples lives.

Saying that vaccines cause autism is like saying that apples cause down syndrome.

If we know and the specialists will tell you that a baby born premature can get a brain bleed aka hematoma from JUST GOING THROUGH THE DAM BIRTH canal what in the hell changes if they are full term or just a little bit older that they suddenly think a baby or small child cannot fall a short distance or develop a condition that will cause the same injury?! It has been proven over and over and over again that these other conditions that mimic sbs as well as true accidents that happen lead to the same injuries in some cases and they most certainly need to find a better method to prove or disprove weather or not there was actual abuse or it was just an accident or the child had/has an undiagnosed condition. I know a family who were accused of killing one of their twin boys and only after the surviving twin almost died from in the exact manner his brother died were they able to prove that the twin who passed did so because of an un diagnosed heart condition the boys shared. They spent time in NICU and nobody caught that they BOTH had/have this heart condition, yet it was the parents who paid the price for the incompetence of those doctors involved in their care. Doctors are not perfect and they are not always correct and this woman speaking in this video makes me so freaking angry I want to throat punch her through the dam screen!!

@@roaringwithexcitement1329 right bc a mixture of attenuated virus, formalyhyde, fetal tissue, polysorbate 30, and other preservatives
bypassing 1st pass metabolism, a pharmaceutical product just like all others that come with potential adverse reactions is in no way comparable to linking eating applesauce to cause down syndrome. First of all down syndrome can be diagnosed with a lab test. Autism cannot. There is no autism Gene. However there is a very clear understanding of what down syndrome is, it can actually be viewed under a microscope because it's when a child has an abnormal amount of chromosomes. So that was a terrible comparison. A better comparison would be my child got vaccinated and is fine. It's like saying my mother smoked and never got lung cancer. Not everyone who smokes gets cancer and not everyone who gets cancer smokes. Vaccines do cause encephalopathy of the brain, it is listed as a potential adverse event on the manufacturer insert of the vaccine from the the pharmaceutical company who created it. Prolonged swelling of the brain can lead to brain damage, which can mimic symptoms of autism. Autism is a very big umbrella diagnosis, and often times overdiagnosed. Autism can absolutely happen to a completely unvaccinated child, but brain swelling post vaccine administration is a well-known adverse event. You might want to read up on it before you comment on it. And seriously your lack of understanding about the different childhood conditions.
