The annoying thing is cops will just say oh take it to court later knowing how difficult it is just to get a trial not to mention the whole system is against them
Meanwhile they (cops) call every judge they can to "clarify" things resulting in that judge being conflicted and never being able to actually try that case. Which means the person's chance of getting a trial is even slimmer because the amount of judges who can take their case has been actively limited by the cop(s) who charged them.

Not to mention the cops talk to the judges about charges before hand. This should be done with a district attorney instead of a judge before the charges are charged
They can write it that way so the cops have the ability to misinterpret the law. =D Seems legit.
Here's the thing about the 4.0 NP laws. It's not rocket science. Everyone with a brain could've seen that certain rules were anti-RP. Which makes it all worse. Makes you wonder what people were thinking when they discussed it bts.
Concepts like debt prison also makes me scratch my head. So everyone hates prison and staying in there for a long time. What do they do? Add another hurdle to it with debtors prison. Now you are even forced to grind in there. Nobody will every really enjoy going to prison because prison will always limit RP. There will always be more options for content outside it.

You just didnt steal anything from inside the wallet. Even if you now put the wallet back, it is still theft from the person FOR as long as it was in your hands against their will.
It’s just stacking charges so the cops get a bigger cut. Get rid of cops ability to make money off charges and this problem goes away

They *DID* remove cops ability to make money off of charges *TWO MONTHS AGO* and the problem is still here so...
